I ordered a size 12.5 Narrow. They arrived in a generic box. One shoe was a 12.5 and the other was a 13. They were clearly not new as the laces were untied and there was nothing inside of them. $139 for used shoes and different sizes is really bad business. Very disappointed.

The top, opening part of the shoe rubbed a bruise on my ankle (left, inner). It did not matter if I had them laced to the last hole or not. The bruise got so bad I couldn’t wear my old sneakers. Now I’m having to take a break from walking/jogging to heal the bruise. This did not happen with my last pair of identical shoes, men’s Brooks Addiction GTS 15.

Loved the previous version and bought two pairs but in this one the cloth inside wore out way too fast in the back and heal area. Started to pill almost immediately, even cranked uncomfortably tight to minimize movement, and then wore through to the foam. Unacceptable considering the high price of these shoes. The previous model lasted so long the soles wore after many many miles of road use. This one has almost new tread but I can tell they wont last much longer. Very sad to see Brooks go the way of so many other manufacturers and cheapen their product so dramatically. I may as well get cheap shoes if they are going to last for 3 months. No more Brooks for me.

Lasted less than 4 months of light use. Disappointed.

Compared to Brooks Addiction II, the size was longer and wider. They never felt comfortable. I was so disappointed I threw them out.

For many years I wore two shoe brands, Brooks and ASICS. In the past 3 years I have been continually disappointed with both manufacturers and this purchase was no exception? I LOVED my Ghost 12 shoes. Why is that so difficult to replicate? These were smaller than my usual,fit, had zero support and were returned over night. Same with ASICS, I return every pair whereas 5 years ago I loved their products. Very disappointing.

These were my go-to always fit shoe and brand. They did something to them in this version and now they are a bit too small and do not feel that same.
