The shoe looks great. No visible defects however I have something wrong with my right shoe. The shoe does not seem fully secured to rubber sole. Have popping that happens when I step or move my foot just right. Tried submitting warranty claim got denied due to no visible defects. I will not be buying the kayano again. It was not a cheap shoe and wore them less than 10x. I cannot wear anymore the instability causes more back pain for me. I will stick to Sonomas, and gel venture.

Excellent service. Shoes were delivered promptly and within the specified time. The shoes were as stated : Brand new.

I have been running with these shoes for the past month! Amazing! I have a wide foot and the fit is spot on. No pain in legs,knees, and feet. Stability is amazing. Light weigh, and very comfortable. It's does get a little warm from running in toe box. Going to purchase another pair.

RUNS way too narrow, pretty much unwearable. hard to believe these are even considered 4E

5, 11', 180 lbs male runner, average 35 miles per week. For me, the 28's do not provide the support the 26 and 27's did. They feel too soft and like there is less between my feet and the ground. The balls and arches of my feet are sorer after running in them than in previous models. Would recommend over other shoes, but not other Kayano models.

The Kayano has been my trusted running shoe for over 25 years. The 28 is one of the better models.

Ive only had the shoes for a week or two now and I have no complaints. True to size and pretty comfy too.

The roll of roam around the heel is flimsy and will shift from the achilles area to the botttom of the heel without using a shoe horn to put the shoes on. It already has started shifting after a couple uses.

They fit well and are very springy. They are definitely an improvement over previous generations.

First time owning a pair and there the most comfortable walking or running shoe to own

I wanted to try something different from the Adidas Ultraboost 4 and this was the option I went for. I enjoy every aspect about the shoe and would say that I'd be more inclined to go for another version of this shoe versus the Ultraboost. Unlike the Ultraboost, this shoe has remained firm and tight after a month of consistent use. The traction is great indoors (treadmill) and outdoors (track, street, trail) as well as regardless of dry/wet environments. I've been able to maintain solid stability regardless of changing angles and terrain. If I had to pick a negative... I'd have to say that I am not a fan of the laces - but that is sincerely having to find something to point out as the least positive versus a true negative.

They're not as good as the Kayano 25's but much better than the 26's and 27's. Very comfortable shoe.

I've wore kayanos since 14s... the last two have been pretty terrible, something has changed with the design and or manufacturing... time to find a new favorite shoe for the OR... tragic and sad

The shoes overall are great. Cutting corners quickly when maneuvering is slightly uncomfortable. I put in a warranty claim this morning because the soles of them were coming off after only 1 month. Never experienced this with my other Asics pairs. First time ordering online direct. My other Asics were from 3rd party vendors. Again, great shoe. Just disappointed soles were coming off so soon.

Very comfortable wish they were a little wider. Hoping they just need breaking in. I do have wide feet.

Incredibly comfortable. Like walking on clouds. Unfortunately, sole support is somewhat compromised by the softness.

Very soft landing is easy on my knees. Very comfortable shoe.
