I really like the new stability set up much better than all the previous ones. I am not sold on the fabric and the toe box is too wide in my opinion. All in all a good shoe for shorter type runs though.

The shoes are great, fit, support, comfort all A+ however my first pair (left shoe) developed a clicking/ popping noise while walking around after about 6 weeks (I don't run in these shoes at all). I returned them and got a new pair that have also developed a popping sound from BOTH shoes after about 6 weeks - it's really annoying!

This is the most comfortable Gel-Kayano I have ever owned. Been buying every year for at least 20 years

Nice and comfortable, still give support and hold the arch from collapsing.

I have been running in Kayano's since the 17's and have never had an issue. I switched to Hoka's for 6 months and started to have issues. I purchased the 28's for a half marathon and they performed perfect. Asics just keeps improving this shoe. I cant wait to see the 29's.

Is an excellent running shoe, the best of the Gel-Kayano, has very good stability, is comfortable, flexible, wright weight, durable, good ventilation, wide, soft and enough cushion, no water proof. Very good shoe for long runs

I feel the 28 is the best model since the 22 in terms of internal cushioning. They should have just stopped with the 22, as they were perfect. The 24 - 27 were all too stiff. These are more like the 22, which I still have as a recovery shoe.

Ordered the 4E - not as wide as other brands. Still breaking in, so that may change, but other brands have wider toe box from the start.

Sneakers arrived with a dent in the right foot. Two of The little black things at the bottom of the soles fell off.

Great shoe. Nice cushion but still light weight and nimble. No blisters or roll.

Great looking shoe. Unfortunately the new gel pattern doesn't provide support so my foot tilts outward. Love my kayano 26's hopefully will be fixed in the 29's

Superb balance and feel. No negatives on long or short runs.

Extremely comfortable shoe that is better than the 26s. Plenty of room in the toe box and the heel is secure. The sole of the show is wearing rather quickly. Had these for a month now and put 87 miles on them and the front toes on both shoes are wearing thin rather quickly

I've run a series of distances in my new K 28's and they are great so far. Their general feeling is definitely softer and springier which on my early warmer weather runs in the shoe was okay and good. I've been able to run in these on a few 50-60 degree mornings and that was when I really felt like these are awesome! Quicker springier and easy to extend run distances with. If you run in a warmer area, these are still springier and easier to run longer with. Hills are much less pounding on the downs and springier on the uphills. Stability is still super; there hasn't been any compromise on this, they are excellent on pronation control. This is a really new shoe for Asics and it totally competes with a lot of the popular mega cushioned shoes and is a better feeling shoe overall in my opinion. Its worth the cost and will be my basic shoe this fall.

Great comfortable shoe for running and everyday walking. The shoe provides excellent arch support and stabilizes my heal while walking.

great shoes, fits well. I wear dress shoes 12 EEE and size 13 4E was perfect for these ones

These are a joy to move around in. Love the soles.

28 Kayanos new cushioning infirior and causes injuries. Never had a pair of Kayanos so bad, my pair has cheap feeling foam and materials, sad comparison to previous years. The only posotive is they look good.

A few years ago I started having issues with my feet, found out I needed a wide shoe. I tried several and still had issues. I have been in ASI s for 3 years now and feet are doing great. Order a new pair every time the next one comes out.

The shoes fit well and perform well; I switched back from Novablast as I needed the motion control since my knee surgery. These Kayanos are fine.

Amazing. Absolutely love this shoe. Was very pleased to see them switch the laces from the previous model. Makes them much more comfortable. Only negative I have, the lack of colors/styles in the wider shoes. Wide feet people need love too!!!
