They are perfect. I wore out my 19s. Asics are the best fit for my feet. Nice sized toe box.

Gel-Kayano is the only shoe that I have run in for the last 40 years

Expected more, not a fan of these. The cushion is non-existent, the soles feel like inflexible molded rubber and provide no support. They look cool but these are going to collect dust or be used for the gym, unfortunately.

Gel Kayano 28 is my favorite kayano. After moving up to the 29, which I like as I have liked all my previous Kayanos, I prefer the 28 over the 29. The extra forefoot cushioning in the 29 was nice but I just like the 28 look and fit.

I'll only wear Kayanos for running. Never disappointed

For two years in a row I bought the Gel-Kayano 27, which instantly cleared calluses and was easily the best shoe I ever wore. So earlier this year when I saw that they were out of stock of my size (and continue to be months later), I figured I would be safe to buy the Gel-Kayano 28 in the same size. What monumental difference could there be in a shoe by the exact same maker in the exact same size, in the same series of shoe? Apparently a big one, because after 10 minutes of wearing them I get a searing pain all down the left side of my left foot, and because I waited too long to try them out (my previous pair still had a little life left in them), I'm past warranty. And as the good pair continues to be out of stock, I guess I need to look elsewhere for shoes now.

Since the late 1970s I've been a serial owner of Nike running shoes, starting w/ the LDVs. While I've occasionally tried other brands over the years, I always returned to Nike due to habit, brand loyalty, and frankly ease. Now that I'm in my late 50s, my age and years of daily runs w/ my over-pronation and plantar fasciitis had made running painful, injurious, and no longer enjoyable. As a last chance effort to avoid giving up on running for good I decided to try another shoe. Based on the many glowing reviews and my brother's recommendation I decided to try Ascis Gel-Kayano 28s. I ordered a pair online and espite the size adjustment recommendation on the Ascis website to increase to a size 12.5 vs my 12 Nike size, I ordered size 12 and they fit perfectly. My first run in these shoes changed my life. Their superior cushioning & support have not only mitigated the plantar pain while running, they have also improved my cadence and reduced my running inefficiencies so significantly that my running heart rate has dropped 10 bpm since switching to the Asics. These shoes have restored my joy and pleasure in running and every morning I can't wait to put them on and hit the road. If there were not already enough benefits, I also love, love the Lite Show colors. I went with the Flash Red and they are awesome. I love these shoes so much I bought a second pair a week later so I have a replacement pair waiting for me once I've put 700 miles on the first pair. Thank you Asics for giving my feet a few more years of runs ahead.

28 changed collar padding fabric again, I have 27 and 28 same time, 27 for road walking and 28 for gem, however, 28 collar padding already wounded, then I recognize 28 used different fabric then 27 ( I had problem w/ Kayano (23?)because collar fabric damage so quick), so before you buy please check and i think 27 is way better!

I got these shoes for my son and he loves them. He has wide feet and these were perfect .

This is a pretty awesome shoe. While I don't necessarily like the design as far as the sole of the shoe is concerned, but the comfort more than makes up for it

I have been running in these shoes for over 20 years and love them. But I ordered a new pair last Sunday. Was told they would arrive this Saturday which was great news as I am leaving this Sunday for a month on the road and really needed new shoes. Last night (Saturday) at 9:00 pm I was told by the tracking website that they would arrive on Monday, not Saturday and after my flight on Sunday. Hard to believe it takes 8 days to get these shoes to me. So I am off on a long trip with no running shoes. Beware! What they tell you about delivery is not necessarily accurate!

I bought these for my husband for working out/running and he loves them. He usually doesn't pay attention to how his shoes fit but he really likes these. Will be buying again.

Absolutely love these shoes: great fit, excellent comfortable, super breathability, and fantastic support. Everything about these are perfect for me and I'm definitely enjoying every mile I get from them, even on the dusty trail around Lake Mead. These are 44s (like all my other pairs) which fit great because the sizing is super consistent.
