I have owned many many pair of Gel Kayano before. For years. Always been happy with them. This pair, however, collapses abs creases at the toe box. Both sides; although worse on the left shoe. I'm really unhappy with this pair. Not satisfied at all. Sorry to tell you but it's the truth. I have another brand new pair at home (I am away on vacation) and hope they do not exhibit the same type of behavior. Always been happy with these shoes before. Thank you for listening. As steady and firm as youd expect. I think it could use a little more cushionning...

The width is better on these and not tight like previous Kayano's. I'll see if these wear out fast where the ball if your feet are. The heels always hold up but the midsole rubber wears fast and sole separates below the toes. Use a better adhesive or go to stitching.

Gave me blisters on the insides of both my heels. After putting orthotics in, the blisters healed and I am happy with these shoes.

Put them on and did exactly what one shouldn't do; walked 16 miles with a new pair and a new model. Hey, it worked! I originally found Asics in Australia when we were living there, and got my first pair. This will be my second, and probably won't be turning back. Thank you!

At first a little snug but, once broken in, they are great! Especially working in Healthcare

Extremely comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a 9.5. I ordered a 10 and I love them. They fit perfect. They look great, are light weight and supportive.

I'm at the age now where support in the heel is becoming more important, and these shoes do not disappoint. So comfortable and once I'm done with my run and stretching there is no discomfort.

Have had many Kayano's over the years. Some have been excellent and some less so. These are the worst. Fit and comfort is very good, so thus the two stars, as for the cushioning they're like running on a plank. No "springiness" whatsoever, feels totally dead under the foot. I combine them with a pair of Nimbus Lite-3 (fantastic shoe!) and a pair of Novablast 1st generation (good shoe with some issues), and this one is not only less comfortable than any of the other two, but also considerably slower.

Shoe functions as expected and as it should. Comfortable with a little wider toe room. Feels good.

Super comfortable and lightweight with just enough support. Bought specifically for treadmill days this winter. Thay didn't disappoint!

The heel broke down on a brand new shoe and to save a dime your "all decisions final" group blamed it on user error and lost a loyal customer Just do it here we come

Excellent shoe. Not as heavy as I was thinking. But great support and great cushion.

12k first run, they're wonderful, just like the 27's, 26's, 25's..... :-)

Working 12's in the hospital doesn't hurt my feet anymore. As someone who's flat footed I always had a problem with all types of shoes and comfort. This pair has completely solved it.

Have had numerous generations of the Kayanos over the years, and some have been better than other. Last pair - Kayano 26 - were brilliant. Comfortable and balancing cushioning and stability really well. Have been running these now for a couple of months, and they are throughly disappointing. The fit is good, no complaints there, but the sole is just not right, they feel like running on a plank. Have a pair of Novablast (1st generation so not without issues) and they are way better in every way. I have expected to alternate the shoes, mostly using the Kayanos for the long rund and the Novablasts for shorter, faster runs. With the lacking damping in these Kayanos it's ended up being the other way around - to an extent, I notice I grab the "novas" every time I plan to run more than 6-7 km. Just don't want to do that on these. So that ends it for me and Kayanos

The back of the shoe feels lower than the previous iterations. It doesn't feel right...

This style shoe is great. I go through shoes like every three months. I have tried other styles and brands but come back to these.

Perfect shoes for my workout very comfortable and meets my needs

Have used brooks dyad for years these have far better cushioning.
