I work in a hospital in physical therapy and need a shoe that will keep me comfortable all day. This shoe does just that. My feet feel great even after a 12 hour shift and beyond. Only negative on this shoe is that the ASICs design on the right shoe is peeling off making it not look very nice. They feel great but this cosmetic flaw makes me drop the rating down.

Way tighter than a 4E should be width wise, I used to buy the Asics Foundation and other Asics shoes and they used to have real wide sizes.

I am really happy with them overall, I bought them hoping they would solve a knee issue. the issue turned out not to be fully related to my stepping patterns but the shoes still held up amazingly well and still relived some of my knee pain so that was great. It is true that they are a bit bulky but you get used to it.

Great shoe, great comfort, great look! You can't ever go wrong purchasing a Kayano!!!

It is my first time buying a ASICS, and I don't think I'll ever by from any other brand. It is the most comfortable sneakers I ever had.

I am using these as my daily trainer and absolutely love them! I have extra wide feet and these fit great! So easy to run in these.

MUCH more comfortable and cushioned than the 27 series. I have worn Kayano's for >15 years now and these are in line with the best of those 15 series shoes

Had these now for 1 month. Feels cramped in front on both feet causing callouses on outside of both toes. I ordered these after having the Kayano-27 which I loved and am now using again.

I've been wearing Asics since the early 90's when I ran in college. In my opinion, this may be their best shoe yet. Fit and stability are similar to previous Asics Kayanos, but the cushioning feels better. The toe box is slightly modified from the Kayano 27, which I found more comfortable. This is the shoe I recommend to friends who want support and cusioning but don't want a shoe that feels too bulky. The only thing I don't like about this pair, relative to the 27's, is the last is more traditional. But that is purely aesthetic and I would pick this pair over a pair of 27's any day.

Consistency and comfort for the last 15 years! Asics makes shoe buying easy. I have exclusively worn kayano gel shoes for the past decade. No need to try them on or visit the shoe store. Simply find the color and size I need add them to the cart and get them shipped directly home. Actually have two pair sitting in the closet now that will get rotated in when the others wear out. Thank you Asics for supporting nurses on the front line!

Shoe runs narrow, otherwise seems constructed well. Sole seems a little thicker/taller than previous model

Wanted to return them after a couple of runs. They felt way different compared to the 27's but finally felt good after about a month. Roughly 100 miles

The comfort is on point; however, I would have liked an option for a different color scheme that does not include white at the heel. It is difficult to keep the heel clean.

Love the color ! Finally something fun for the extra wide foot (yellow) , you never have anything this fun before

Very comfortable and supportive shoes. I mainly use these shoes for working in healthcare as I'm on my feet a lot.
