It's a good shoe but I was expecting it to be more cushioned like my other HOKA shoes, not as comfortable as the others.

The bottom of the left shoe is peeling off after two weeks of use. Annoying.

These fit MUCH DIFFERENT than the Stinson. Toe box is much narrower. Love the Vibram sole as much more suited to trail hiking, but the narrow fit doesn't work for me.

I love everything about this product aside from they fact that they are too narrow.

Honestly, I am a straight size 11, somewhat wide but not wide enough to opt for a wide shoe. These shoes are narrow and felt plastic to a point I disliked them. I only ranked them a 3 because I really did not give them much of a chance or deep review as I knew immediately they were not for me. My toe also hit the front of the shoe which never happens to me in an 11. I own the Hook slip, love, love, love them so I wanted to love a good hiker from them. I have definite feet problems so I am willing to pay a premium but I did not get that feel from the right off the cuff. Sorry Hoka, I will try again. I just think the Gortex really threw me, I did not like the way it was incorporated into this shoe.

Quality shoe. This is my second pair. This one is a little small both in length and width. I will return for larger size.

Not happy at all that the shoe color wasn't at all like the picture. The fit is also different from the running shoes I've purchased over the years. It's the main reason I HATE buying online.

The shoes feel too long and narrow for my size. I have a pair of Bondi SR, which I find comfortable and would highly recommend, but these feel as if another company has designed them. The shoelace grommet is too thick and digs into the top of the big toe, which causes blisters. I love that the shoes are made of recycled materials but the synthetic fabric on the inside doesn't let the foot breathe. As a result, the shoes are too hot, especially for summer hiking. I love Hoka shoes and really wanted these hiking shoes to work but instead I am disappointed. The sole has also worn quickly.

I saw the larger than usual loop at the back of the shoe to assist putting the shoes on but I did not think anything special about it until the shoes arrived. In my case, it has made putting on my shoes annoying every time. I never had a problem slipping into Hoka shoes. But now I HAVE to reach down and hold that loop up and out of the way to prevent it from flopping down into the bottom of the shoe every time. I will never ever buy another shoe with that kind of loop again.

Good looking shoes. They are OK but not as comfortable as Bondi, Gaviota and Stinson. They are front rockers but I felt as if my front big toes were a little stressed. I walk 5 to 10 miles most days weather permitting.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this purchase. The left shoe fit perfectly, but the right seems smaller and I have never had this problem before. Disappointed, especially considering the cost of this pair of shoes. I can't return them because I wore them for a full day. It's my second pair of Hoka's. I will be more careful with my next Hoka purchase and wear them indoors until I know all is well.

I have a very high arch, work in Law Enforcement /Private Security and am on my feet 13-16 hours a day. While the shoe provides above average comfort and support it still affects my arch causing pain on ocassion. I do love the shoe , great design however I feel I might have purchased the wrong design for its purpose

I love my Hoka's but I wear a wide and these would not fit. I was looking for something waterproof.

I love the waterproof upper, keeps my feet dry on morning hikes. Not as comfortable an I would hope, was hoping they felt as good as the SpeedGoat 3 I wore out.

Lightweight tops for a hiker. good cushion on flats but allows for toe roll on uneven surfaces due to width of toe box. Extra heavy socks need for half way decent fit. Last hike actually had thorns penetrate top of shoe.

There is a little too much room in the toe box and I would also change the lace up system.
