I bought these for my son he's very picky about shoes since he was a very small child. He's going back to college, we purchased the tie dye Clifton 8. I wasn't too sure about the pattern but I wanted something different. The shoe construction and style are awesome.

I purchased the Hoka Clifton 8 because of recommendation while getting my feet and step measured. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They come in wide which is must for my feet. Never going back to my "fashion" shoes again. These have also encouraged me to walk 2-4 miles daily now, as I never would have done that in my old shoes which hurt my feet after about 1 mile.

You can't go wrong with hoka, but these are my favorite running shoes I've gotten for running on prepared surfaces. I wouldn't get them if you plan to run on anything other than hard surfaces because they roll fairly easily but that's not what they are made for, so that makes sense.

First time buying Hoka shoes, so a little skeptical at first. First impressions were they looked great however was a little frustrated at first as they fit a hair to big in the toe area. I wear a 9 in everything so naturally I went for size 9 Hokas. I had to lace them down a little tighter so my heel felt secure and the shoe fit great other than that. Took them out for a 4-5 mile run, pretty average for me, and they ran great. Held up really well and had no foot or leg pain. As an average/moderate runner, I don't see them breaking down any time soon.

I ran in Altra's for a couple of years until I hit some IT band issues. I hesitantly switched to the Clifton 7's, not sure if I would like all of the cushioning. They're awesome shoes, they've eliminated any IT band issues that were lingering and I really notice how much better my joints feel after longer runs. I got about 280 miles of road running + a good amount of around the town wear out of them before the tread wore down. The rest of the shoe looks brand new. I get the occasional hot spot on my big toe, but nothing bad.

I'm in my 70's and still enjoy walking. Nothing compares to the fit and comfort of the Cliftons. Great product

Solid every day shoe. Helps take the every day pounding on the pavement but still light and responsive enough for faster tempo runs.

This shoe was prescribed by my orthopedic surgeon a year after I had surgery for a severe foot fracture. I felt an instant improvement in comfort and a reduction in pain. What a difference!

This is my second review of the 8s. I love the Together color so I ordered this 2nd pair in the same color. This makes them my 4th pair of Hokas this summer - Bondi 7, Arahi 5, and 2 Clifton 8s. I have come to love Hokas even though I had not even heard of them prior to last spring. With the Cliftons I swear during my exercise walks I can feel the "V" split in the sole of the heel providing a little extra rebound support to my feet. I tend to be a heel pounder doing these walks so this is very appreciated. As before even though measuring my feet with a Brannock device in shoe stores I have a medium D width foot I've had to order the 2EE versions of the shoes to be comfortable. Hoka's standard medium width is too snug for me. So in sizing the shoes feel perfect but in width I'm rating them as "feels too narrow" referring to the standard width. In 2EE they are perfect. I do find all the Hokas to be extremely good looking but some of these new color offerings, especially this Together version, are exceptional. Note to Hoka - if you offer the Arahis in a similar color you can just send them to me and charge my card right then, no need to check with me.

I have not used my product as of yet. I have heard nothing but praise for your product. I exchanged the original purchase for another color as I did not realize the TOGETHER color supported LGBTQ. I bought the product but did not want to support an agenda.

These shoe fit well. They are build right for running. At 200lbs they are great for impact on knees and ankles.
My leg feel less fatigue after 2 + miles runs. Highly recommend

Walking and some running. About 40 miles per week. I mix between this shoe and other Hoka's.

Improved lightweight + cushioning. I've been using Cliftons for a few years and this feels like the best ones yet. Lightweight + cushioning + fits like a glove. The one remaining question mark is whether they'll finally be able to last more than 300 miles. Nonetheless, well worth it.
