I work in the healthcare setting, and would describe my lifestyle as pretty active. With that being said, I decided to purchase these shoes for everyday wear/comfort based off of recommendation. I began wearing them in January, it is now April and the shoes are ripping at the seams, have lost all support, and are almost to the point of being unwearable. For the price and reputation, I am quite disappointed in how these shoes didn't even last 1 year compared to others I've had for several years.

I was trying them to see if they were better for standing 16hrs. But even with these my feet still hurt.

I am a baker and a teaching assistant. I am on my feet all day long, chasing kids and roaming around the school. My shoes are very important to me and I am happy about the fit. The problem I have is that it is waaay too expensive, even after your promotion. I wish you had special deals or discounts for people like me. Thank you.

Love the fit, my podiatrist was thrilled with my choice BUT, they squeak! after 2 months the soles started squeaking. I work in a medical office and it is very annoying. I have stopped wearing them to work which is what I bought them for. Would like to return but the box is long gone.

Loved the look but the arches were painfully high for me.

I read the reviews and had this brand recommended by a friend, but the shoe is painful in the arch. At first they were super comfy and hold up on walks pretty well, but after about 30 minutes of wearing them, my arches hurt terribly. I'm still trying to give the brand the benefit of the doubt and see if they end up working out for me, but so far I'm bummed that they are painful to wear.

Im a ICU registered nurse, im on my feet all day. The Clifton 8 makes you feel like you're walking on clouds however, they hurt my feet. I have a high arch, i did some reserch and severval articles recommended the Clifton 8 for those who require arch support. I can feel the gap in the sole of the shoes. It is unfortunate, however I spent to much money to be unhappy with this product.

I really wanted to like these sneakers. But they are too long and too narrow for me. I should have only worn them inside to test them out, but they felt great in the first few minutes of putting them on, so I took them outside thinking they were keepers. Unfortunately, I probably need the wide width and one 1/2 size smaller. FYI, I don't normally wear wide width shoes.

My left shoe feels pretty good but the right one it feels like the inside of the left part of the insole is cutting into my foot. I had such high hopes for these shoes.

These took several weeks to even start to break in, so wearing them for my normal 4ish miles, was painful by the end. I'm generally an 8/8.5 so I bought the bigger size. And now, after only a couple of months, the cloth around the top already starting to wear and shred. Not what I expected from Hoka. I doubt I'll try another pair.

I purchased these shoes based on description of comfort, breathing, and durability. I live in Florida. Its hot here people! These shoes do not breathe well. In fact they hold heat in. As for comfort, I'm on my feet a minimum of 8 hours/day. At the end of the day my feet are hot and my heels hurt. Im going back to Brooks. Im done.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they are not true to size. I wear a 9 and these felt like a 10. I had to exchange them for an 8. Otherwise Hoka shoes are very comfortable especially for a nurse like me who's on her feet for 12-16 hrs a day!

I love the cushion underneath the shoes, however the soles inside the shoes are not comfortable and they have sharp edges. I have to keep adjusting them otherwise the bottom of my feet will be sore.

They were soft and had lots of cushion. I did appreciate the 30 day guarantee because when I tried them out for exercise and walking that's when I started having issues. They hurt my feet like crazy. Pain running along the outer outsides of my feet. I could not keep these and use them

The size chart indicated that if I wear Nike size 10, order these in 10. They were too big. The arch support was too extreme and caused uncomfortable rubbing on one foot. Not as cushioned as expected. I know many people that swear by this brand, but did not work for me. Return was easy and efficient.

This is my 6th pair of Hokas. I usually really love them. But this pair was way to narrow at the heal, and rubbed painfully against my arch. I don't understand why the Clifton 8's fit differently than all my other Hokas, and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to explain it to me. I'm disappointed, because I'm hesitant to order another pair, and I hate going through the process of trying to find another brand I love.

I purchased these for walking shoes. About 1/2 mile in, my feet were killing me. I have a really high arch, and unfortunately these shoes just don't support them. Considering the price, it was disappointing to say the least. However, I bought the same style for my husband. He has Fred Flintstone Yabba Dabba Do feet. He says his are comfortable. He has wide feet with a normal arch.

These are my first pair of Hokas. To be fair, I bought them online, so I knew that fit might be an issue. I wanted to love these, but they don't have much cushion and have a strange heel cup. I purchased a wide as recommended-shoes look great and are good quality. I can feel the heel cup through the inner fabric though which is strange and uncomfortable. Definitely cannot wear these for an extended period of time sadly because they really do look good.

I was super excited to try these as I walk a lot and have been experiencing occasional foot and knee pain. These are more stiff than what I'm used to (I'm a memory foam girlie) and found that it made me knee pain worse and I was left more sore after walks and runs.
