After 3 days of wear, the sole of the shoe is coming apart.

The foot box cramps my feet

Shoes were top quality. However, even on the wide, the Clifton 8 was still too tight at the arch, causing pain after walking. I had to return it. This is the second one I had to return for the same problem. Now I hesitate to try another one, like the Bondi.

Love my Hoka's. The 8's run tight in width

Very comfy shoe. True to size. But the top layer black tread on the bottom of my left shoe is already falling off! I just got them barely 2 weeks ago. I've worn them around town, through the airport, and on sidewalks/pavement. I'm not hard on my shoes/feet. Very annoyed.

Very uncomfortable for me. I returned on 5/24 but have not yet had any acknowledgment of refund.

I bought these shoes to wear for work. I am a nurse and I wore these shoes one day for 12 hours and my feet hurt like crazy. I might send them back for wide width.

The Clifton 8 were less comfortable than my Nike. This time I will try on different styles in store since I have flat feet

I always wear Altra's but the cushioning and treads are less than great. I decided to fall to the hype and buy my first pair of Hoka' I have worn them twice and hate them for the poor fitting toe box. I bought wide shoes and the line from big toe to widest part of foot angles in, making the shoes rub terribly on my toes. FIX THE TOE BOX SHAPE ON YOUR SHOES!

Do not like hurts knees and arches

First time buyer. My feet are wide so I order up a size. The show box is so narrow I started getting a blister. Padding at ball of foot is thin and my feet actually hurt. I wear them very loosely and only when I know I won't be on my feet much. Disappointed.

I wanted to love these as most of my work friends wear Hokas and rave about them. I bought my typical size- 9 wide. I have been ordering shoes this size/width my entire adult life in most major tennis shoe brands (Nike, New Balance, Adidas, etc.), and these were the first pair of wide width that were too narrow. I went for a simple walk to test them out and couldn't wait to get them off my feet. Sadly, these will be going back. I gave 2 stars because they look beautiful!

I decided to try a different shoe (other than my beloved Solimars) and chose the Clifton 8. They would have been okay except that the arch support hit the upper portion of my heals instead of the arch. They supports were set too far back in the shoe and made walking awkward and a bit painful. I sent them back.

I am using them as my work shoes.

Looking for a "true red" shoe and I'm not having any luck with the hoka brand.

These shoes were not as comfortable as the Bondi 7s. They were much narrower and not as soft soled.

I'm a long time Hoka customer. These Clifton's have a smaller toe box and the wide isn't a wide. So disappointing, I stopped buying Arahi because of the same issues. Quality control is not in place for these shoes. I need a true wide with a comfy toe box in a neutral shoe. I walk 5-8 miles during each hospital shift and paid premium money for a subpar shoe. DO BETTER

I found this shoe to be very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was walking on the pavement without any support in between. I also did not like how the tongue was attached and it wasn't as easy to put on

Shoes were not what I expected

I was shocked at how uncomfortable they are.

Bought for my husband who can be very picky and he loves them

My feet and I are finally happy.

I purchased 4 pair due to plantar fasciitis. They feel very narrow mid foot. Okay in toe box but the arch of my feet feels squished and I now have calloused feet despite wearing them short amounts of time trying to break them in. Otherwise they would be amazing.

Shoes are too tight. These are my 4th pair and i didn't have any issues with the others.
