I completely agree with several other reviewers who are disappointed in the changes made to the Bondi wide series. This also applies to the Clifton series. I had read that a podiatrist recommended the Clifton for wide feet. Not the case for me. This is probably the last Hoka shoe I will be purchasing. I have been wearing Bondi series for 7 years but probably no longer. I am constantly on my feet and active. I do love the cushioning of the Hoka brand but the width is no longer suitable for my feet.

The workmanship is OK. Fits good but it just hurt my feet during walking. Maybe the heel drop is the problemtoo short.

Shoe actually coming apart, and they're not worn everyday. Very frustrating.

I got these shoes in March (it's October now) and the back near the heel is completely falling apart. I've never had this issue with Hoka before - probably won't purchase again

I have been wearing these shoes only at work (in the hospital) a few days a week. The soles have started peeling off and tearing off.

This is my third pair of Hokas, so I thought I was a lifelong user, but the tread is already coming off the bottoms and I've owned my latest pair for 2 months. It flaps when I walk. I only run 3 miles a few times a week, trail and road. Not enough to cause this much damage. I'm very disappointed.

Love the fit but not worth the price. I've had the shoes for a little over a month and tried to was them for the first time. Come to find out that the soles bleed and now my blue shoes have orange spots. Would not recommend unless you are looking to buy new shoes every time they get dirty.

Honestly, the ride is pretty hard. There's not a ton of support and the sides of the in soles are oddlysharp? I've never had in soles dig into the sides of my feet this way. I picked this shoe as it was recommended fir everyday walking, but doesn't feel cut out for even that basic level of activity. Too bad. I bigger hopes from this brand.

Have run less than 50 miles and it appears I've almost wore through the tread. Not sure these shoes have the durability for a heavy supinate runner. Probably going to have to order another pair before the half marathon or go back to ASICS which I have at. In for years and easily get 500 miles per pair.

I bought this shoe because it was highly rated for plantar fasciitis. I found that it did help with that but it had too much cushion and ultimately made my sciatica flare up. I realized it was the shoe when I wore another pair and the pain ultimately went away.

Hoka was recommended by my doctor. I ordered two pairs Clifton 8 and Clifton 9. My right instep area became irritable after wearing them for several days. I really wanted to like them but unfortunately I had to send them back. At this point I can only wear my Fitflops unit the soreness of my right foot goes away.

Shoe is not comfortable. Soles are too big and wide and could cause accidents.

I was super excited to try these based on a friend's recommendation; but I was sad to find out the wide-width was no wider than my regular-width Saucony, which was taking my pinky nail off. Had to return them. Separately, I did find the arch support to feel like a brick. Not sure if it would be too hard for others.

I don't like them. They're so uncomfortable and I just don't understand all the hype. And unfortunately I had to wear them to know this so I can't return them. I would strongly suggest finding them in a store so you can actually try them on before buying online like I did. I'm so disappointed. I didn't like the arch and how it dig into my foot. My toe kept scraping the top of the shoe when I walked, that was a new experience. And I tried it with 3 different kinds of socks and I tried the regular width, exchanged them for the wide and it happened in both.

The first time I wore the shoes I got a blister on the bottom of my right toe. I thought that might just be a breaking in time. However, each and every time I have worn these shoes the top of my toes on my left foot are rubbed and very irritated by the inside seam of the left shoe! Very sore!!

This is my 6th or 7th pair of hokas. As a runner with feet and ankle problems I have absolutely LOVED my hoka shoes, never wanted to buy another sneaker brand again. I have bought 3 pairs of Clifton 8s and something about this last pair that I bought just doesn't really feel the same as the rest of my hokas. They don't seem as supportive and comfortable and make my feet hurt from standing at work and running more than they did before I started wearing hokas. I don't know if I just got a bad pair out of the bunch or what but I am not a fan of these!

I love Hoka, at least, I used to, unfortunately frustration with how they fit is getting to me. I am on my fourth pair, I first bought two pairs of the Clifton 8 and walked so much I had to buy new ones, I ordered another Clifton 8 in size 11 but they were huge so I exchanged them for size 10.5, they are still big, at same time I bought the Clifton 9 in size 10.5 and they are tight! I have no idea what is going on with how these sneakers fit but it's not a good thing

I had high hopes for these sneakers. I have high arches and hoped these would feel good. However at mid arch the sneaker poked into my arch and it was uncomfortable. Otherwise they are very well made and would probably have felt great to wear all day.

I bought these shoes and the next day had a 16 hour work day and they wrecked my feet. I don't know if they need broken in but it seems like they aren't good for long periods of time.
