This is my fourth pair. I had to buy before they are all gone and no longer available.

They are bulky shoes, make your feet look enormous! But they are ok, comfortable for walking, not better than my Brooks, but good enough.

I purchased these shoes for an upcoming trip in which I will be doing a lot of walking.
First, I bought them for comfort.
Secondly, I bought this pair because I love the color.
Unfortunately they did not have the width I needed with this color so I just went to my "fall back" size thinking it would work.
My advice is that if you NEED a wide width then make sure that's what you get..the regular width on feet that need wide is a bit snug even with thin socks.

Only worn twice so far.once to do a cardio workout and once to walk a couple of miles. The shoes feel great already so I imagine them to be a thumbs up .

I am a nurse that is on my feet a lot- on cement tiled flooring.
I thought these would be good for comfort and support. They are not. I don't think for a shoe that cost this much, should be uncomfortable.
The arch support is pushing up on my arches, and I have about average arches on my feet.

I love my 9's and have improved balance and stamina when I wear them. I bought 8's on sale and they are very different not as stable balance-wise as the 9's but better than my avionics by a long shot. I wear them mostly when around the house or working in the yard. I love HOKAs!! The Clifton 8's are great just not quite as great as the 9's

These shoes are good to walk in but the soles make it difficult to drive.

Ordered for my wife with her usual size for many shoes (Keen, Merrill, etc) but the 8.5 size was about a half an inch too big. So suggest trying on at least one model Hoka shoe locally before ordering.
With that said they are a nice looking shoe (and I love my 3 other Hoka shoes that I have purchased related to my plantar fascitis).
With that said the Exchange process appears painless and we hope th size 8 fits her better which shoe arrive in the next week.

Are usually shoes for long days on my feet at work and has also another pair for running. My feet never feel sore by the end of a long shift. Take away one star because the arch is a little steeply angled for my foot. (Even though I have high arches).

But when I replaced them with the same size and style, these shoes are heavier. Be sure to wear them at home before you're sure you're going to keep them!

I love my Hokas! They are my first pair and they are very comfy. When I first wore them for about 8 hours to break them in, they gave me terrible back pain, but now that I have almost broken into them, I pretty much have no back pain. They are the most comfy shoe I've worn EVER!!

Hoka's were recommended to me by my podiatrist, and then I started seeing nurses and bellman with them on. I always asked them if they liked them and it was a resounding yes! I finally ordered some and wore them yesterday. They are comfortable, but I think I have to break them in a bit.

I chose this style for the reported large toe box and stability due to supination, even though I have a low arch. I'm not sure these are right for me as the arch feels intrusive and my feet still supinate. I also think the extra cushioning slows down my pace.

I am a walker ( 3-4 miles) and I am happy overall with my first HOKA ( husband loves his and has several)
Its comfortable with my orthotic however, after first walk with them on, I felt a tightness on the top of my foot
from under the tongue/ shoelace tied. I loosened it, but it still left a mark on the top of my foot.
Not sure how to handle or if I want to buy another pair/color.

I think the Clifton 8 is harder than Arahi 4 . I use them both for walking for exercise. I like the cushion of the arahi better. The Clifton is a fine shoe too.
