Like it. They are a bit too stiff and shoe laces are difficult to keep tied, but good shoe to work in all day.

This is the 3rd pair of Hoka's that I have purchased. My
Latest shoe however does not fit as well as my other pairs. I am returning them but will most definitely reorder them in a 1/2 size larger.

Overall the shoe is great. I'm used to a wide but couldn't find waterproof hikers so I gambled on the regular width. It's just slightly tight on the sides.

Still in the process of breaking them in but so far I like them (I have to break in all my Hokas). Taking a star off because the last lace hole (if you use it), leaves the laces piled up in an odd position on the tongue, it creates unnecessary pressure on this part of your foot. These are tough to tighten, the leather is still tough for me. For someone with narrow feet, it would've been nice if this was designed better because getting the laces tight is a chore. I do hope this relaxes over time. Speaking of narrow feet, they slip a TINY bit on my heels. I got my usual 7.5 which I also have my Arahi 6 running shoes in. If you're looking for a cushiony, pillowy Hoka and that's what you're used to, look elsewhere. These are structured, firm and pretty rigid in the base. I got them for casual hikes and walking the dog, I am yet to really put them to use with tricky terrain but they feel sturdy and reliable. Overall I enjoy them and the purple color is pretty and more wearable than I expected. For the price point and considering I ordered without trying on first, I'm pretty happy.

Not very breathable. Good for cold weather but my feet stay hot. Great cushioning but narrow at the ball of the foot.

True to size, my feet are 23.5cm length, usually wear 6.5 or 7 size shoes, I bought 7 for Anacapa based on the size chart, and it's roomy enough to wear wool socks. They are cute, waterproof, and fairly comfortable. Only one thing I give it a four-star because the shoes make noise when walking, it's from the upper materials.

Hi have arthritis and a spur in my large toe. Love Hoka as I can wear my orthotics and they are comfortable. Happens to be 1 of the 2 shoes I can wear. I was looking for a causal shoe that's not so colorful but this particular one bent on my arthritic joint right of the bat so had to return.
Current lover of the Speedgoat 5 Hoka. Please do not stop making.

I had read the reviews stating to get a half size bigger. This is definitely not the case. I wear a 7, bought a 7.5 and they're Way big. Love the color and they're comfortable. First pair of Hokas. I would buy again.

I purchased this shoe because 1) I already owned a pair of Hoka shoes which had immediately relieved all pain from plantar fasciitis and from bunions and 2) I wanted the same experience but with a water-proof shoe.
The shoes ARE waterproof, which is a necessity in my rural location. They are looser than my original pair, and don't have the same arch support. But they're GOOD, just not great.

I love how the feel just standing and walking around the house, but after a longer hike the tightness across the big toe joints was too much.

Perfect for people who walk a lot, music festivals, amusement parks, and anything that has you on your feet all day. These actually make me excited to walk to places!
I wear W10 and had to go up half a size. When I tried my actual size, it was too small and my toes were scraping the front when I walked. Half size up may feel a little spacious at first, but tightening up laces and thicker socks make it just right

I was excited to see that Hola offers a low Gtx shoe. Love the goretex and overall look of the shoe. However shoe is very narrow and the toe box is too tight. They don't make a wide version which is needed for this type of shoe. Hokas tend to run very narrow. I measure a b width on the brannock and these are supposed to be a D width and my feet are squished. I would not buy again unless they offer a wide version.

I had to size up in these as they seem a bit shorter in the tie box. I wear them with thick socks and so far I haven't gotten any blisters on my 3 mile hikes. I normally wear a size 6 ion Hokas but had to exchange for a size 6.5 to give my toes more room.

Great comfortable shoe. I wear them on concrete floors all day. They do run small so I cannot wear them everyday. I bought an 8 and I should have returned them for an 8.5 but I waited to long I think. My toes are very cramped.

I have Plantar Fasciitis. I was told to check out Hoka so I did. The Arahi was perfect for my walking. Since winter is upon us, the Arahi isn't keeping my feet warm enough plus I need something that has as little more grip for walking around when there's snow/ice on the ground. The Anacapa is doing well for the snow/ice conditions and are keeping my feet warm and dry since it has a GTX lining. I'm happy with the Anacapa but it just doesn't feel as cush as the Arahi but does support my feet and keeping the Plantar Fasciitis at bay.

These were not quiet as comfortable as I had hoped. I have been wearing Clifton's for years and was hoping for a similar fit. They are nice for sure and better than some others I have tried. Not thrilled with the laces, always coming undone unless I double tie them.

these run a 1/2 size small. i wear a 9 in most every shoe i own. my toe was pressed against the front of these. i ended up buying the mid height in a 9-1/2 and i absolutely love them! they're the perfect combination of cushion and stability. and they have good grip. winner!

I have a pair of Hoka Cliftons that I love, but unfortunately these ones dug in on one area just for one foot. Guess this foot is a slightly different shape than my other for which the shoe was comfortable. So sadly I had to return them

Extremely well made, high-quality shoes with nice details. Four stars instead of five because the sizing is ridiculously large. Would recommend one full size down. The heel area is simply too wide. The length and width ft well but the heel area is like a cave. I've never had that problem with sneakers before. Despite that, it's still very comfortable (for a neutral-cushion) for hiking and walking. Love the vibram soles and the grip it provides.

Sadly this waterproof shoe did not have enough room for my 6.5 wide feet: the arch is in the right place, but there's not enough room for my toes. I had to send these back a get the BONDI SR WIDE which, though not waterproof, is leather and will offer some water resistance.
I would recommend the waterproof ANACAPA LOW GTX to a friend if they don't need a lot of toe room.

I use this shoe to hike, walk on even and uneven surfaces. It's comfortable and the soles are just the right about of "grippy."
