What a beautiful piece of equipment. And I'm so happy I chose it over the Jester. But this, only because I tested the Borealis immediately, with an overload, and its zippers, compression system and layout, work flawlessly for me. I would like to outlive this backpack, but I'm sure I won't. So I'll gift it to some lucky person in my life who I hope can outlive it. You see, I'm 75 years old, but still out there. Thank you NorthFace for a brilliant product. SGT

This was purchased for a high school student. Good amount of room for books and laptop, Great quality in material A college student is looking at purchasing after checking out the sibling's North Face Backpack.

This backpack is superb in quality. It is big enough to hold the kids binders for school but it is not enormous. It fits comfortably on my 8th grader.

We purchased this backpack for a recent trip to Europe. It was perfect for day to day travels. We will definitely be purchasing more of these for gifts in the future.

My daughter uses it for school. Holds everything she needs including her laptop. Rugged and doesn't show wear.

This product is outstanding - very durable and well made. I highly recommend!

This backpack is pretty good. Nice ergonomics, weight is distributed pretty well. I wish the 2nd front pocket would not cause the backpack to lean forward when standing though.

I use this backpack for school and I love it! The only thing I would change is the width. Sometimes it's hard to fit all of my books, lunch box and other items in the backpack. Other than that, it's really comfortable and great for school!

I like the pockets

I use it for school, it fits all of my notebooks and my laptop easily with room for more. 4/5 starts because when I have my laptop in it the straps put a lot of pressure on my shoulders

I use it for my college books and laptop. It was a little bigger than I expected and the straps are kinda long but it does hold everything that I need for my classes.

Great bookbag, only wish it stretched more

I am going to start with the negatives of the backpack (which are more nitpicky to me so take it with a grain of salt). Overall, this pack is beautiful looking and impressively made. Please buy. :) Cons: The bigger zipper compartments could be larger. I mostly use this for school, but for those who possibly will use it for camping and hiking might be disappointed by the lack of space there. It isn't too terrible, but I like having lots of space because I am a commuter at least 2 hours for post grad and need the room for notebooks and laptops and work items. However it is flexible enough to fit two laptops and several notebooks which is very cool. To do this I have to leave out personal items which I need throughout the day. Pros: Has lots of compartments in it! It also has to pockets on the sides for water bottles or anything of the likes which I love. It has a button you can put around your waist. Big enough for what I need for now. Very sleek looking. Looks organized and material feels good. Lots of pockets in the front compartment for any little things you need such as pens, chapstick, tampons, AirPods, and the likes. I like that I feel confident in its security and that I do not feel like a super big person like backpacks such as Jan sport makes me feel. I find it easy to organize.

Love the durability of this backpack and the colors! It is a little more stiff than expected, but overall am extremely happy with this purchase.

Great bag. It's sturdy. The size pockets are wonderful to carry water bottles; I wish they came with hooks or straps.

Bought as school backpack for son. Lots of pockets for books, water bottle, pens/calculator, computer, jacket. Comfortable to wear. Very durable - this is second one purchased; older child has used hers for six years, including for travel, and it has only minor snag where water bottle goes. Definitely getting our moneys worth.

Wonderful backpack for college. Plenty of room for a laptop, notebooks and more. Nice adjustable straps. Nice design. Not too big or too small.
