It packs a great deal and I love the different compartments. It distributes the weight wonderfully even after several hours of walking in the mountains. The laptop compartment makes it also ideal for use in the city. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Perfect size. New color is amazing. Of course Northface quality. Also great warranty.

I use this for college. It's a well made backpack, quality materials, seems that it'll hold up for years to come. It has plenty of pockets with intuitively placed sleeves/subpockets in them. The laptop pocket has a false floor so that it doesn't touch the ground when your backpack is on the ground. I wish the tablet sleeve in the front pocket were a big larger to accommodate larger tablets, but this is nitpicking.

I am a Senior Respiratory Therapist student. This bag is excellent. Enormous space for all of my books, binders and clip boards.

The rugged features of the backpack made it a no brainer for me. The separation for my laptop and books are perfect and the water resistant material will help keep the contents dry. I especially like the color combination and the durability of the backpack. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this backpack throughout my college years!

This bag is a perfect work bag for an IT analyst/technician/engineer. I've had mine for 3 1/2 years now and it hasn't let me down. It has plenty of room for my 16" MBP all my tools, cables, etc. it is also great for travel as there is plenty of room to carry an extra change of clothes in case the airline loses you luggage. I like it so much I bought on for my daughter to use four her high school years. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

amazing backpack really good color choices too

Got this backpack for law school and it is absolutely perfect. A protected pocket for my laptop and plenty of room for books and other necessities. Also, can't wait to take it on a hike either. All around, great purchase.

This backpack is awesome! There are so many compartments and lots of storage, yet it's not too big and bulky. Its the perfect size for hiking, camping, and even school. I would definitely buy this backpack again!

Fantastic backpack but mine was defective and had a stitch that was not so done with resultant unraveling of one of the shoulder pads. I returned it I got a new one without issue.

Excellent backpack. Lots of storage space. Good organizational space for pencils and small items. Incredible external storage for water bottles or extra items that you can tap onto with the bungies

I use this for school, and it works great so far!! I've had a North Face backpack before and it lasted for years, so I expect this one will do the same. I loved the color options, and I can fit a lot in the bag. It also feels good on my shoulders.
