Park Avenue was the first pair of Allen Edmonds shoes I bought. After wearing and seeing the quality I knew it would not be my last. I also now have the Park Ave. Taking the time to get the size right is the important part.

The shoes arrived extremely quickly and as my 5th pair of Allen Edmonds (only dress shoes I buy anymore) I basically knew what to expect, but I had heard nothing but Rave reviews for the Park Avenue. Happy to say the shoes met and exceeded my expectations!! I went to follow up and buy some black shine/wax/shoe care stuff and let the person know I would be leaving the country for some time and they offered me free expedited shipping for my order and made several excellent recommendations for other shoe care products. All in all, the shoes are excellent. Supremely crafted, exceedingly comfortable, and timelessly stylish.

I'll be the first to admit that I have gotten to this point in my life wearing outlet or clearance dress shoes. I go through them pretty regularly and usually am able to get them resoled one time before they really fall apart. Finally my wife had enough of me complaining about needed new shoes because I had worn out another pair and insisted I spend some more for a better shoe. I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to another shoe besides Allen Edmonds. These shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. There was not excruciating 2 week break in period like I used to have with my older shoes. Also the customer service attached to the shoes is second to none. My first pair didn't fit and it was exchange with no questions asked and very minimal effort on my part.

These shoes are a great entry to the Allen Edmonds brand. The Park Ave has a classic and timeless design that will last for many years if you take care of them properly. Shoe tress are a must. Also, polish the shoes once in a while.

I have worn my first pair of AEs (Park Avenues in Oxblood) for about a year now. They are tremendous. Beautiful shoes, and the oxblood color goes with everything. They broke in relatively quickly and seem to be holding up really well (minimal creasing). Every man should own a pair of these classic shoes. I look forward to wearing mine for years to come!

These shoes are very well built. Just holding them you can tell that the materials are excellent and the construction solid. They do take a bit to break in, but after a few times wearing them I was comfortable. Personally I chose the Dark Chili color as it felt the most versatile. The whole process of buying these at the Boston location was excellent. I was sized quickly, and though they didn't have my size/color in stock, they shipped it out to me the next day.

I have four styles of Allen Edmonds shoes and this is by far my go to. In fact, I have the Park Avenue in three different colors. It's just a classic, yet stylish and versatile shoe that can go with anything. The shoes are comfortable and put together very well. I've had one pair recrafted through Allen Edmonds and it's like plastic surgery! I couldn't be happier with this company or their shoes. If I could wear one style of Allen Edmonds lace up shoes for the rest of my life it would certainly be this one.

I bought a pair a couple of months ago as I needed an upgrade for dress shoes I can wear with a suit. The quality of the leather is fantastic, and I hope they last for years to come. These shoes are perfect for multiple settings.

Like all Allen Edmond products, the Park Avenue is a classic American shoe -- high quality, prestigious shoe. I am now on 6th or 7th pair. Outstanding.

The Park Avenue was my first purchase of a high quality dress shoe. The cost to quality ratio is magnificent, and the customer service is second to none! The leather on the uppers does not have deep creases, even after wearing them countless times. The shoe has been more comfortable than I initially predicted, as I thought the leather sole wouldn't be good for standing/walking for hours; I was proven wrong. If you are thinking about purchasing a black cap-toe oxford dress shoe, look no further. You simply cannot go wrong with the Park Avenues; it doesn't get any better than this!

Bought a pair of dark chili park aves and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. They look great with more formal wear and are my go-to shoes for important meetings at work. More importantly, the customer service was amazing. I noticed I few scuff marks and areas of discoloration when I received them in the mail. After returning them, I got a personalized call from customer service and worked with them to make sure the shoe was altered to my liking.

My first pair of Allen Edmonds Shoes was a pair of black Park Avenue Cap Toe Oxfords which I purchased in 1995. These shoes provide an unparalleled fit and comfort which I can wear all day and still fell relaxed in the evening. They have a professional and distinctive style which is ideal for the sharpest business attire, and I wear them frequently with my double breasted suits to which they add the finishing touch. The style of these shoes is timeless and I feel just as well dressed today as the day I purchased them 21 years ago. Despite wearing them so often, I have had them re-crafted only once and they look as good as new. I liked these shoes so much that I am now the proud owner of 26 pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes, and am anxious to purchase my 27th pair soon. I recommend Allen Shoes to anyone who is a discerning dresser and wants to make a good first and lasting impression.

I have two pairs of Delrays - one in about ten years old, and I have worn it Monday through Friday over the past 7-8 years. I purchased the second pair two months ago, and they are very comfortable (108 Last). I just purchased the Park Avenues (65 Last) about a week ago, and the comfort is even better - plenty of toe room. They are truly a pleasure to wear!

Was looking for a pair of shoes to match a brown Ferragamo belt that I received as a gift. I have worn Park Avenue - and Allen Edmonds in general - for years so I started looking here first. The burnished brown calf was an exact match to the Ferragamo Auburn brown belt and I couldn't be happier. In actuality, the shoes look BETTER than the belt in my opinion. Like all of my Allen Edmonds, these Park Avenue's are extremely comfortable and truly flawlessly finished. Allen Edmonds will always be my first choice in shoes both for their high quality and beautiful finishes. Planning on being a customer for life.

my first pair of AE's were purchased a year ago...dark brown park ave's. since then, i've purchased three more pairs...walnut strands, oxblood graysons with merlot fifth ave's on the way. in that first year, i wore them through just about any weather imaginable including a cleveland winter walking through the world's heaviest salted office walkway. worn 3-5x per week in rain, snow, sleet and have held up beautifully. with minimal care (shoe trees, regular conditioning/polishing), they look every bit as good as they did when i first got them over a year ago. even though ive ordered three other pairs, my dark brown park ave's are still my favorites and i expect them to stay that way for at least another decade. cannot recommend these enough. as long as you know what last fits your foot, these are as good of shoes as you can get before going completely bespoke. and it feels great to find such a high-quality product made here in the US. highest marks all around.

Some time ago I had a partial collapse of the arch on my left foot, none of my shoes would fit. I took a chance on the Allen Edmonds Park Avenue built on the #65 Last. It worked out wonderfully. With the longer last in my regular size of 12C the shoe still accommodates my slightly longer left foot. In all other respects the shoes fit well and are comfortable enough to go through all day meetings. In fact I was so impressed that I bought several different styles and colors of Allen Edmonds shoes all built on the same #65 Last.

I have a pair in black and have had them Recrafted three times so far. Each time I have them serviced, they come home as appealing as brand new but as comfortable as the pair you know so well. It is indeed a relationship you develop with your Park Avenue -- the more you take care of them and invest in them, the more attractive they become. Park Avenue is a well-balanced American Classic with which you can never go wrong. From formal to casual, your Park Avenue will become as versatile as you ask them to be.

There really is no going wrong with this pair of shoes. When you put them on, you realize that they are going to be one of your most comfortable, reliable, durable and sharp looking pieces of clothing. I personally would recommend the oxbloods. They are beautiful.

I purchased these shoes for an interview and little did I know I would be on my feet for 17 hours when the day came. I also walked at least a mile or two given the tours and distances between meeting rooms, dining facilities, etc., all a part of the interview schedule. To make matters worse, I had recently rolled my ankle during a friendly badminton match so the swelling and discomfort in my left ankle was still significant. At one point I looked down at my feet and thought, ..."I can't believe how comfortable these new shoes feel and they look great too...even my ankle feels great!". By the end of the day, I was genuinely surprised how good my feet felt being in new shoes for more than 17 hours straight. Thank you Allen Edmonds...you made my day...and I got the offer!

I have very large feet, and got a pair of these. It took a day to fit into them and get my foot adjusted, but I've been wearing them since and they are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. I'm definitely sticking with this shoe for now on.

Excellent pair of shoes. Typically when I buy black shoes they crease and don't look aesthetically pleasing. These have very small creasing which is what I was looking for. They look great and feel wonderful.

This is simply one of the best pair of dress shoes one can invest in, and I believe it will never go out of style.

I have wide feet 13 EEE. The shoes fit right out of the box and felt broken-in after a day of walking. My feet are anchored properly, the shoes stay laced for a full day, and they are extremely comfortable for a dress shoe even with the leather sole. The leather color and texture is perfectly consistent over the whole shoe, and the fit is excellent. This is my 6th pair of Allen Edmonds shoes in the past 2 years and they all add class to the outfits I wear, from suits to chinos to jeans. I have never been disappointed.

Perfect dress work shoe for me. I am on my feet, quite a bit , and need a lighter, flexible shoe. The 65 last has always worked for me!
