No returns, they don't fit and I am now stuck with them

These fit horribly and are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Don't get stuck with the same JUNK I did. Adidas is not helpful at all and these WILL HURT YOUR EARS. DON'T BUY.

Shrunk when washed too small now, very hot , I purchased to wear at work , I purchased three set very disappointed

Couldn't send back either as had to open and use for work

The masks are fine, a bit heavy. However, the sizing guidelines and measurements are way off. The Small/XS fits a small child not an adult. I have a small face and a petite female but there is no way this fits me. I can't return or exchange so am out the $$.

I don't want to say anything more about it. How many character do I have to fill ?

I used this mask a couple of times for 2 weeks and the stitches got ripped on one side. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. No warranty, no exchange, no replacement!!!!

Ugh, got these masks yesterday and they are rotten! Way too small in the ear loops and the masks do not fit. I went with the XS/S due to the measurement size guide provided by Adidas. The L/XL would be too big. These would fit if they would have just added a bit more elastic to the ear loops. Now I am stuck with masks that don't fit and can't return/exchange. This is a cash grab for many retailers, esp adidas. The material is ok but these are very cheaply made. So disgusted and disappointed.

I have an average size head. Ear loops are way too tight and extremely uncomfortable after a couple minutes. Product is non-refundable or returnable despite poor design

Bought these for my children, they don't even fit my 11 year old they are far too small, they are a perfect fit for my nine year old, now have to order some different ones for my 11 and 13 year olds, can't return either a complete waste of money

I ordered this after using your sizing guidelines. However, I received masks labeled as L, not M/L. I was made to feel that it was completely my fault. I got a pitiful offer of 15% off my next purchase. That doesn't apply to masks. Adidas is a terrible company. You completely ruined my summer.

Too tight, Overpriced and terrible customer service

Way too small! I wear a 7 1/8 hat and a Med helmet. This mask barely fit my face and was so small it hurt my nose and ears. Also customer service was extremely rude and not helpful.

I would have liked to have known these run smaller

Ordered these masks in M/L. They arrived and were tiny would hardly fit a child. Rang to complain twice. Company said I would receive email, no email arrived.

Way too small. I do not know how this can fit an average adult. The straps literally pull your ears forward. Unfortunately due to the virus, these face masks could not be returned. I would not recommend for an adult.

Too small. The straps pulls your earlobes forward and it's not only becoming- but a bit painful

make ear straps adjustable or provide better size description.

It is horrible, the mask is poorly sewn and they are all unwearable. Adidas will not give refund. It is the last thing that I will ever buy from this company.

Size is wrong. Stretches the ears out. Slips off the ears and cut is wrong.

The quality of the fabric is good and they look nice but the way they are cut makes them slide down my face. Too bad they are not returnable.

Poor quality elasticated ear loops which cut into the back of the ears. I understand that a face mask needs to be a snug fit but these are really tight and uncomfortable for even the shortest time wearing them and as they are non returnable, they are a complete waste of money. Very disappointing.
