My husband has been admiring these for the past six months. I bought them as a fun stocking item. Very disappointed to find that the adult size is so small that the elastic pulls painfully. They did not fit either of us - we are both averaged sized individually.

Makes me look like dumbo. They refused to give my money back. These are defects.

way too small, pull on my ears, tight right up against my mouth, no nose wire, and I can't return them. so they are going directly to the donation pile. Disappointing.

The mask is good looking but the irritation it causes make it useless to me. I have tried washing it but that had no effect. I have also given one to my nephew and he had the same problem.

Uncomfortable. The lining around the edges make my face itchy.

They said one size fits all but this is not true. Very disappointed. These masks are made for kids. Not for adults.

I have nothing positive to say. So let's go. 1. Easy to small and I measured exactly how they directed. 2. Giant tag on the inside that I am to worried about removing because I don't want to ruin the mask. It says to cut it but then that leaves a jagged tag hitting on the face. 3. The side of the mask where the rest holes are cut looks like a 6 year old cut the fabric it is not even and very second rate. 4. They charge a shipping surcharge blaming it on fedex but after some investigation fedex has no surcharge unless it gets handed of to the usps which it did not. 5. You can not return so your stuck with it and it a lot of money for a third rate mask.

I misread the site and mistook "one size" to mean that all of your masks are the same size. Now I have 3 masks that I can't even wear. Because I had a similar situation not too long ago where I was dissatisfied with a product by adidas and they dismissed my complaint, I didn't even bother contacting customer service this time.

There should be different sizes options. The one size they have is too small for adults.

There needs to be an L/XL size vs M/L as your largest size. Way too tight as it pushes my nose down and pulls my ears forward. Just wasted my $ as they can't be returned. I'm 6'4 210 for reference

My daughter complained that LARGE was too tight. All Adidas would offer is 15% off a future purchase. AS IF! Very poor customer service! Common complaint. Also poor design as area around nose is not snug allowing air to both escape and enter. Wearing this mask is useless!

They looked nice, but came the wrong size. It is adidas policy during COVID to not take returns or exchanges. I donated them to my local school to give small children.

Product is for a young child. Do not buy for an adult.

Bought the M/L for adults and they were very tight. The annoying kind of tight that pulls your ears forward. When speaking it drops below your nose requiring frequent adjusting. adidas really got the sizing and cut on this one wrong. The only positive aspect of this mask is the breathable fabric. Unfortunately they are non-returnable. Love adidas, hate this mask.

Hey this is a good face mask for a child. If you are a childless adult and accidentally order this, they won't return or refund you for the wrong size

The sizing guide told me to measure from the bridge of my nose to my chin and I did, it was 5 inches and according to the guide it say lengths under 5.5 inches should order a small. I mask it way too small and the stitching is horrible. I know they don't accept refunds but it wasn't my fault that is was too small so I called them and they said it was my fault for picking the small size even though the website said to buy the small.

These masks have ZERO quality control. I ordered 12 masks and half of them fit nicely and the other half was so poorly and unevenly made that they stick half an inch from my nose. Adidas doesn't care about poor quality and they said they won't replace or refund the money. Eventually they stopped answering emails. The few good ones are nice for working out buy NOT for fast running as the inner layer once wet will cover your nose and mouth when breathing heavily.

The mask is very small like for a child. Very disappointed with believing it would fit an adult but I was mislead and obviously this mask can't be returned and I can't even get refund. What a joke.

Entirely to small for adults and should be available in more sizes

Watch for the "ONE SIZE" statement on the web site when purchasing. You are likely to purchase the wrong size. This is a fashion product that provides little to no protection, it is also grossly overpriced.

Unless you have a really small head, or your ears are close to the front of your face, do not order! I have a med sized head, ordered the med/large. The straps are WAY too tight/small. They pull your ears forward really hard (similar to the guy in the product picture). It literally feels like youre "cupping your ears" to hear something when the mask is on. Its so uncomfortable Im giving the other 2 away, or tossing them. And they're not eligible for returns! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Seams are crooked making it look crooked on face. Low quality and terrible customer service.

If they can make the ear loops larger it may help for people with larger heads

It will pull on your ears if you have a larger than average head
