Didn't receive my parcel, very poor delivery service.

Mask is way to tight ... Have to stretch it nightly ... Can only wear for an hour ! Breathability is phenomenal ... can really exert myself !

It's too tight, so I cannot wear it. I will give it out as it is non returnable

It hurts behind the ears I actually got "bloody" behind the ears

There seems to be a problem with the seams, they are extremely irritating, specially the lower seam touching the chin. Tried washing but no help. This happened to both me and my partner who ordered a different set.

Product is too small. It is kids size. How can I return it.

Poor Quality for big brand, perceived value is terrible

Stiching inside the mask which touches the cheeks is very irritating as it's not done nicely or not smooth enough.. Size isn't correct either.. Wasted money

M/L : If you have a small head, no problem . If you are an adult man, don't purchase. Thin elastic straps pulls your ears outward - uncomfortable and you won't use it (the point of a mask) And of course it's unreturnable so you are wasting your money.

The website recommends to get size S for a less than 14cm measurement. Mine is 12 cm, so I ordered size S. End up it is too tight and I can't do anything about it. Can't refund. It's a waste of money. Worst!!!

Very disappointed. We measured our faces as they suggest. They were way too small for us. I had ordered the 3 pack. These are sooo small. I have heard that from others who ordered it too. I would reconsider the review if they would send me the large size. They need to update their info on the site . These smalls are for SMALL SMALL kids. I am a petite woman as is my petite teen...and they are awful. Hurt and don't cover correctly. SInce they are masks they are not returnable items in most cases and the hassle of all that....

Sizing is way off! I used the website to look at the sizing measurements. I ordered the size that they recommended and it just arrived. Way too small.....it might fit if I was a child. DO NOT buy the SMALL. Very disappointed as I followed your website and now no returns.

Bought these as wanted a more stylish alternative to typical face coverings. I've worn one on a couple of occasions and each time the same result. The material greatly inhibits breathability. Heat is retained and so not long after wearing I was sweating at the covered area. The fit is far too snug and isn't comfortable at all. I have not experienced this discomfort with any other face covering. For these reasons I sadly cannot recommend them.

These masks are good but they aren't suitable for a male adult of normal size. I brought these for my son who's 18 and my husband yet they only just fit myself and my young daughter the ear loops are quite tight for an adult

These face masks looked ok at first. But after a few mins of use had to be removed because the elastic around the ears really pulls leaving my boyfriend with red marks. He has a small head too!! So waste of money for me as now opened, cant be returned.

The website is pretty unclear. It says one size - but there is an option for M/L but you have to search separately for it. And cause it's a mask, you can't replace it.

The ties that go around the ears are too short/not long enough to sit around my ears. They pull my ears forward so that my ears stick out 90 deg to my head. Won't & can't wear the product.

Poor finishing , not well stitched , quality is good

Sizing was terrible. Got a large and it barely fits. The seams have started coming apart after about 3 weeks. The worst thing is these aren't eligible for returns!
