Ear straps short and pulls your ears forward and doesn't stay on long

One size on this product means small. Why? I don't know. Just put small.

I hate this product and I will order another competitor face mask. The cost for product was cheap but the quality is poor.

these were our all time favorite masks from the beginning of the pandemic. sadly, we just bought 9 more, and the masks no longer fit. both the XS/S and M/L are now too big for my kids and myself. my daughter literally asked me 'did my face shrink?'. Adidas says they didn't change the sizing. So...I guess my 53y year old face shrunk? As did those of my 13 and 11 year olds? SUCH a shame. Have to go find new masks!

Gets old fast after a few wash. Cheap material shoul be better fir what you pay

This face mask was not labeled small when I ordered it. It was actually a m/l I called customer service and they would not replace. 2 other adults in the home also tried them on and they were too small also.

Horrible fit and material is not comfortable. Adidas lied about this product size and the way it feels. Worst part is There is no refund or exchange.

I don't like the tag that's inside the mouth part. Rethink the ear loops and allow for stretch. The seam ripped and I now have a hole that I sewed myself. Poor quality.

the mask are very uncomfortable. when you cut the tag on the inside it messes up the threading of the mask

Adidas is #1 but not satisfied with the face mask gave away gifts and to small and would love to have 3 in Black Regular sizes

Kids find it uncomfortable and itchy. Further, I bought this for school, and it will not remain over their nose and mouth when they speak and slips down, preventing them from using and wearing it safely.

I have heard from several people that the mask is the most comfortable. Well they aren't. They pull on your ears and the fabric isn't that breathable. Also the tag was placed right inside the mask which you have to cut out as well. Definitely would have returned if possible. Not recommended.

Fabric is nice and light though fitting to the face well.

The fit and quality of the masks were disappointing. It seemed like a cheap mask!

I received the package and upon opening, discovered two of the three masks were tattered with hem strings detached. After calling cus service, they informed me that since they were masks, there was nothing they could do. Basically wasted money and bought damaged goods.

Look for 3 layer adjustable masks. Make sure it actually fits you, otherwise it's useless

Send me the wrong size. If said one size fits all , why'd I get a small size

Horribly made too tight on my ears. Ear loop was so small pinched my ears forward

I bought these masks as they were on a "top list" of masks to buy for working out and running. I tried them at the gym while on a treadmill. After 15 minutes of sweating the material became saturated. I began to breath the mask into my mouth causing a sensation of suffocating. For every day use these are fine, but I do not recommend these mask AT ALL of you are going to be sweating a lot or running.

Product is good for kids, not a man. they were way too small. I gave them away to kids in my family. I would like credit for these items, so I can order something I can use. Please confirm. Thank You

These are not worth the money plus there made of poly thats not good to avoid virus. The recommened cloth is 3 layers of cotton. I've tried contacting avidas and no replys.Poo r company DON"T BUY

Considering todays quality of mask and fit, I'd recommend the design team revisit this product.

I am very frustrated as i feel i wasted my money on this. I tried to return and chat wasnt helpful. I was directed to call the toll free but the customer rep was not helpful at all and just kept repeating they cant take them back. I meam seriously no customer service for this.

Way too small! Make it bigger, and provide the ability to do an exchange!

Great price, but it didn't fit my ears. Wasn't long enough & not enough elasticity too. So disappointed & it should be made better the ear loops just way too small for adults.
