The stitching came undone almost immediately. This item can not be returned because of their policy on masks so upon reaching out to customer service they said there was nothing that could be done. Overpriced, low quality garbage. They need to fix their quality control and refund my money.

This is NOT three red masks, despite the images . Scroll to the last image, it's a mixed pack of white red and black

I cannot return or replace this item was not mentioned on the website when I brought the product the size of mast is too big don't buy it

The quality out of the packet is great. Once I wore it, the strap was not adjustable malign to too small. Gave me a headache and since this is a none returnable product it was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this at all. One of my worst purchase ever.

Also the huge tag on the inside is irritating. Maybe try making on the inside of the sleeve

The quality was good material sent me size NS like I was a kid. I requested large and they don't fit. Disappointed !!!!

Bad advertising by making you think you are buying plain black as they don't tell you any name.

Unfortunately these Masks are great style but dont like the material and it covers too much. If u want to use for the gym you gonna die as no air can get in as the mask covers from under the skin till the mid of nose. Sorry

I ordered the m/l and they delivered xs/s and customer service has been a nightmare to correct...the mask is awesome for kiddos, I bought for me. Won't be purchasing online again due to customer service and wrong order.

I saw ONE SIZE on the description and thought it was one size fits all. Then I got the xs size and cannot return them. I reached out before the order shipped trying to correct the mistake and got no response.

If I would want multicolor I would have purchased them at my job that sells the same mask but I only wanted red. I have bought all black and all blue and on the website it shows the same way the red one shows so at the time I ordered I chose the option with the model with a red mask being I also had the option for multi color that shows on the picture all three colors the website only tricks people now I am stuck with something I never wanted I have too many black masks to have wanted more. I am now stuck with the masks because they cannot be returned. Had to wait longer because my delivery date was changed. If I would have known what I was getting I would have just avoided the whole thing. I contact customer care and they were zero help practically said that's what I ordered. Well change the picture just like the other one. Adidas is my favorite brand now I see the kind of service given. I expect nothing in return all I want is to return these masks I never asked for.

Loose and way to big, not comfortable and tight on the face anymore, disappointed. The original ones were excellent, the size difference in these new "xs/s" are not the same at all. I want the ones that fit. What happened ? The blue is the original from last year, the black is the new one, the material on the new one is thinner and cheaper.

This item is very small would not fit an 3 year old. Customer services was very rude and not helpful.

These mask I assume were for adults but they are too tight. I have them to my children and they complain the mask was too tight .

Bought the M/L and they are more like a small in any other mask

Too small and no return. I phone and very poor customer service. This is a company I thought was reputable but I no longer think that and will never buy adidas again.

My product arrived with the adidas logo peeling off one of the masks & customer service has been unhelpful in resolving. Poor quality and service.

Not great, wish I was able to return as they are all fraying. Purchased 6 and they are all the same

Unfortunately I'm not happy with it as within one day or second day of use it started ripping. I believe it's a poor stitching issue

I compared my old masks with my new ones and the new masks are way smaller. Cant even get a refund or exchange which sucks
