Review purely for the company and customer service. Adidas has a size calculator, which says 5.5" from top of nose to bottom of chin determines whether small or large is the right size. My kid measured 5" but the small mask is too small on him. Adidas refuses to refund or exchange. "As soon as the product leaves the warehouse..." Well, on the refunds page - which generally you wouldn't check until after someone goes wrong, it does say face coverings non-refundable. However, I cannot find anywhere on the purchase/description page that all sales are final. It would be nice if the company was more transparent, and also more helpful on the back end. Now I have 3 masks and no use for them.

The black face covers fit great but the blue ones seem to fit a lot smaller. They are unwearable for me.

I ordered these for my 13yr old son who is small for his age. It said not for kids under 12, and large is for adults, so I went with the small for him. It's baby size and pulls his ears forward. It appears to be a good mask, although I don't know for sure as we can't use them. They are not eligible for return, so we will just have to give them away. :(

Ordered three packs. One pack opened, yet cannot return the remaining unopened and sealed packs which are of no use

While the quality is good the elastic that goes around your ears is too tight.

Fix the ear loops. They do not stretch enough. Very uncomfortable.

Too tight, way too tight. More like a small. Quality is great but this is no.way near medium to large.

Too tight for me. Making it not easy to breathe just by walking. Hoping the earloop is a bit more elastic.

The item description say one size, they sent me XS/S. If they are specific with the size, I won't shop it. I don't recommend for adult, this product is good for a boy or girl. And this product not elegible for returns.

Would be nice if the straps were adjustable. Other than the straps the quality of the mask itself is good.

I'd have preferred that some quality in a stitched logo also size was not accurate. I've a beard too which doesn't go well with any mask. Maybe some consideration could be made for ppl with beards in terms of size variations

Would have expected a more comfortable mask from Adidas

It should fit women fine however, Adidas needs a larger size for men. L/XL and XL/XXL

Good material but I received a small mask. The site said that it came in one size. Mask did not fit because it only came in one size, very uncomfortable around the ears.

I don't get this mask. Only my hoodie came. I really wish that i will get it today.

I bought 2 xs/small 2 m/large in blue and black. I like the material. They fit nice but some of the masks fit very lose on the nose. Only half of them fit perfect. For the price I guess is ok. But the nose part could of and should of been better. Returns should be allowed in the masks. I would want my money back on some of the masks.

The stitching that is shown front and center is inconsistent in all of the ones I bought. One has it down the middle, another off to the right side, another off to the left side. 2 of them fit larger, 3 of them fit smaller, and 1 is a mid size. Not a single mask is like the others and I strongly dislike them all.

I received the face covers in a sealed package. 1 was damaged, the ear strap was cut with a box cutter or other sharp object and there was a grease spot on the mask. The other 2 were fine.

Need to list sizing correctly, this aren't one size, far too tight fitting on ears. Was in extreme pain after an hour would recommend not purchasing if you're looking for one size fits all
