Very poor product SHOULD NOT BE SOLD as they are so small it's for a child not an adult and as for the customer service they was to me no help at all! Defo wouldn't buy again

Way too small for a mens large, one size, and not returnable

I've now ordered the large size but it's a pain now I have to return this too

I bought these in black in the same size and they fit great. These are made much smaller than the ones I purchased and I cannot exchange them.

Even the adult size M/L was tiny for me and I have an average face. They should've made a bigger size. It was cutting the circulation around my ears, that's how tight it was. They need to go over this product and make some adjustments. Maybe a metal piece at the top for the nose?

Masks M/L does not fit where I wear average size. It is way too small and pulls my ears forward. Customer service not willing to do anything. I'm out the money.

I've read other reviews with the same complaint. The men's largest size is too small. When I put the mask on, the straps are so tight they painfully bend my ears. And the mask itself needs to be larger. No way this will ever fit, and there are no exchanges/returns on this item. Adidas needs to make a x-large size, and adjustable straps for their masks. Very disappointed. Adidas: you are better than this.

My son was so excited to use his masks. It took forever to receive them, and once we did the masks were cut with a scissors and looked horrible.

Can't use product. Waiting to hear if adidas will replace

Straps around my ears where super tight and where pulling on my ears. I can't wear them or return them.

One size doesn't fit all. Not breathable very hot.

These masks do not have a tight enough weave to be effective. There is a pocket for a filter, but that would be your only protection and it is not reusable. The mask was ill fitting with no adjustments available. Unfortunately, I can't return. I will be going back to the homemade masks!

My mask ripped after the first wash, before it ever touched my face. I've only tried one so far. The other two may be okay? No refunds or exchanges doesn't work for me. Expected better from Adi

Be careful when purchasing. There is a size on these mask. They should have labeled them Kids or Adults instead of One Size. My teenage son could not use this at all. Too small. It's not ONE SIZE. We are unable to return or exchange for a Adult item.

The product is one size fits all but it doesn't. I'm a grown man and it doesn't cover my nose and chin.

I had received the masks and they are actually a fantastic product. The problem with my purchase is that from both packages 1-2 of the 3 either had a run, sloppy finish or a torn frayed ear elastic. When I contacted customer support there was an offer to take %20 off my purchase however that doesn't really help me. I still need the masks, and if I wanted this product I would have to purchase them again causing me to spend more money.

Too small for larger men . Feel ok but adidas need to make bigger sizes

I have to give 1 star as this mask does not fit my face. I bought the Large size, and site says 'should fit most faces' and I wouldn't say my face is that big so not really sure why the fit is so bad. It is far too tight around the ears for me. When I talk, it pulls the top portion down under my nose because there isn't enough stretch from the chin to middle/base of nose to compensate for my mouth opening. I really wanted to like this, and for smaller head/faced people (even though this was the large size) these are probably pretty nice. For me, it is just wasted money, as face masks are not returnable, even if size doesn't fit. Sad it didn't work, and sad I lost money on these.

It is way too small even for large size. the quality is average. The straps are hurting my ears after only wearing it for few minutes. too bad that I can not return them.

Large is only big enough for a child or very small woman. Elastic is very poor with almost no stretch. Of course not returnable. Great for kids not adults.

It does not fit. At all. Pulls ears forward. Doesn't cover nose and chin. I cannot imagine this fitting an adult. Says one size and then no refunds. Total waste of money. Don't bother unless you're a child.

Do not like because they are tight around our ears and you all do not accept returns on this item so we just donated money to adidas. Not happy at all. Dissatisfied customers.
