Everything works so far. . I expect to enjoy them for a long time.

Love the shoe but not great for narrow feet unless you wear thick socks. I downgraded to a size 6 (previously bought a 6.5) but still need some thickness. The ankle is the widest part so have heal cushions on order. Very comfortable and would like to buy more but can't wear thick socks in summer. Hoping Frye's eventually makes a version that's a tad bit narrower.

Its a beautiful boot but I had to go down a whole size which Ive never done before. 1/2 a size down was huge so hoping the next ones to arrive fit

Too slippery on the bottom, on rug and floor! Not safe walking! Like the look but have to return!

I dont recommend anyone that company. I have ordered many boots for me and my daughter with no problem, but now I have pay for my delivery and return and no boots because they dont issues any returns ! Be very careful ! Im not recommending that company for anything!!!

I like the shoe but it is wide and I could not get it adjusts with inserts.

I was really looking forward to adding these to my Melissa collection. I have a Melissa riding boot and a Melissa Chelsea boot. I expected this shootie to fit the same. It did not fit at all. When comparing to my other Melissas heel to toe, they measured the same. Yet, the toe box was too tall and the heel counter did not grab my heel. They sadly were sent back. Wish you had free shipping and returns. Im out $12.00 because I assumed all Melissas are constructed on the same last. Disappointing purchase.

I had been so excited about my purchase - the new Frye boots would replace my old faithfuls that are now 12 years old. I was very disappointed when the new ones proved to be far too small, so I returned them. Wont try again, because Frye seems to feel its okay for me to pay $30 for the privilege of trying the boots on. It was VERY disappointing to be billed for the return shipping and not reimbursed for original shipping or taxes.

I've been buying Frye shoes and boots for a long time, so I knew they'd be nice, but they're even nicer and more comfortable that I expected. Perfect for everyday wear to work and more than pretty enough for going out. Love them.

I have 2 older pairs of these that I love but I finally wore them out. The new pair are 1/2 inch longer than the previous pairs. I didnt realize it until after I wore them. They are way too big so I cant wear them
