These are beautiful looking, but even with the zipper , hard to get on. I returned them.

I still have NOT receuved my shies and have emsiled cyst svc with inadequete response. Very very unhappy and disapointed.

Beautiful boot, leather is soft and the boot has enough room that I didnt experience the break in period of time.

I had to return this purchase because the boots slipped up and down on my heel even with thick socks. However, I loved the quality and the style.

I bought 2 pairs of these previously that I love. I finally wore them out so I bought a new pair. Unfortunately I found out after I wore them that they run big. Sadly I won't be able to use them because I have a blister from my foot sliding around.

These are beautiful boots. I purchased a size 6 black only because the 5.5 was sold out. They are too big however, I added a Uggs sheepskin insert in a size 5 and now they are warm and cozy!

Frye boots run big. I love the boot but a little big.

I had to return it as it was too big. I am a regular Frye customer, always got my boots in size 9.5. I wanted to replace it with a size 9, but at the time of my return, 9 was out of stock. Now it is. Can I have it in size 9. My return is still in process.

After wearing these boots twice the black on the bottom and toe are wearing off. The white under the black is exposed on the toe. Not a good look for black boots.

I love the boot, however it is to large. I emailed you on sending it back and getting a 8.5 before the 30 days.

They dont fit

The leather feels good and the fit is just right the heel Is the right height for me . Also like the packaging.

The shoes are beautiful ! The leather is is a beautiful dark brown. I think they run a tad big, but, will wear heavier socks . Would definitely buy again.

Runs VERY large. Returning for one size down, but not sure that will work either.

The Melissa Shooties that I ordered NEW were sent to me with Scuffs on the bottom and the leather was Creased as someone had been wearing these supposed NEW boots. Then I mailed them back after multiple phone calls with Frye informing them that they sent me USED boots and then they didnt refund me the Shipping Charges. I am Charging those back for the refund of the Shipping through my bank, since the repeated times I called Frye after the Shipping Charge not being refunded resulted in LONG Hold times that I was unable to reach a person at Frye to have the Shipping for Frye mailing me USED boots refunded! Wheres your Quality Control that you dont check boots before theyre mailed??????

I have a high arch and I could not get the shoe on. I love the look.
