Shoes were great!

Being originally from Maine I was super excited to finally get a pair of Bean boots! Wish I had bought them years ago. Super comfy, and they keep my feet warm. Only have one complaint, the laces that come with the boots are a little shorter then I would have liked, I like to double knot my laces so in order to do that I couldn't lace them all the way up. I would recommend to anyone who buys them to order longer laces.

I bought this for my granddaughter as a Christmas present. She was so very surprised and pleased to receive this as a gift. She immediately put it on and wore it all day. It looked very nice with her jeans and it was obviously comfortable. I might buy myself a pair !

For size reference, I'm a 10.5-11 in any other brand of shoe. I originally ordered a 10 in these but they were too big, even with 2 thick pairs of socks. I contacted Bean and got a 9 and they fit like a glove with a pair of regular boot socks. The socks aren't thick, but I live in Western NC and don't need the extra room for thick socks or an insole. If you're a 10.5-11, order the 9 unless you need that extra room! Now for the boots, I've gone hiking in mud in them and rinsed them under a hose and my feet were bone dry. Definitely waterproof and so far they're super durable. I can't see needing another pair anytime soon but if I do I will absolutely be re-ordering!!

Got these classic LL Bean mud boots for my husband and I. They are the best for keeping our feet dry and warm. The fit is perfect, true to size. They look good as well! They are what we have come to expect thru years of Bean's purchases. Thanks!

If you are from or have ever been to New England, these boots are on virtually every one's feet, and for good reason. They work. Classy enough boot to wear to dinner or virtually anywhere. A+

I was initially concerned about the sizing. I wear a 7 1/2, but I followed the instructions and ordered a 6. It fit perfectly. I can't say enough about these boots. They're comfortable, stylish & keep my feet dry. Definitely worth the price!

After much review on this shoe and it's competitors.... I'm happy i went with the LL Bean bean boot. It is a little clunky at first (I've never worn anything like them). The tongue is weird that it's attached but in due time they'll be broken in. I don't find them uncomfortable. I'm a 6 to 6.5 and i purchased the 5. I'm glad I did. So far I've only been wearing them with single layer socks. We'll see how i feel wearing 2 layers of socks soon. A plus purchase in my book.

If you are looking for a comfortable pair of boots that are going to look good and last a while, look no further. And if you are confused on what size to get, order a size down!!! I was hesitant to buy a 6 (i am a 7) because i read many reviews that said they were true to size, and many that said to order down. I rolled the dice and bought a size down and i'm so glad i did! they fit perfectly even with a big pair of thick socks!

So I originally purchased these Bean Boots in 2016 and the stitching in the back part of both boots recently began breaking down to the point that the top leather component of the boots became detached from the lower rubber soles (2019 - see photos). Fortunately (for me), my purchase pre-dates the limited Warranty policy so they honored the Lifetime Warranty that was in place at the time of my purchase so I just received my new pair! These are a Fall staple for me. Also, Customer service was super helpful, straight-forward, and efficient.

I love my bean boots!! I bought the uninsulated boots and they fit a little bigger so that I can wear thick socks or hiking socks depending on the weather. I wear a size 5 shoe normally and think these are a great boot. They are a little stiff at first but, of course, break in the more I wear them. I love my investment and have already received tons of compliments on them!

I am typically a true size 6. I followed the reviews and went a whole size down to a 5. I am glad that I did! I still have a bit of room between where my toes end to the tip of the boots, even with thick socks. So excited to have finally purchased a pair of Bean Boots!

Used this style of boot for years on the farm. Keep coming back to LL Bean. I like the comfort and support. Also like the tongue is stitched all the way to the top as this keeps it from moving around as the leather gets softer and keeps moisture out. Great for 3 seasons with heavier socks during cooler weather.

The boots are just what I was looking for. Just the right style and height for "echy" weather, and not enough snow to wear my snow boots. Have been looking for a pair like this and remembered just how much I love my snow boots I got from LL Bean many years ago, which are still as good as being brand new....best quality possible to have.

I ordered these boots because i knew they would last me for many years. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes, sometimes 7. I ordered the 7 and they were too big so I exchanged them for a 6. Definitely size down if you are half size! Can't wait to wear these when it gets colder!!

I just received my bean boots today and they were exactly as expected. Shipping was fast. It's August now so I can not wait until fall to wear them. Great quality boots and very cute.

I usually wear an 8 in tennis shoes and heels (sometimes 8.5) and I ordered a full size lower in these boots, a 7, as per recommended by over reviewers. And the 7 fits great! I think I might even have room for one more thin sock layer. I am currently breaking in the shoes for a trip later this year so I have been walking around in them quite a bit and they're really comfortable. I am excited I made the purchase!
