I wear a 7.5 and was worried that the size 7 would be too small. I'm glad I bought the 7. They are roomy and are great with thicker socks.

I would highly recommend purchasing ANYTHING from L.L. Bean. Even though I had to return these because I choose the wrong size, I am going to purchase another product. Rick in Customer Service was especially helpful. When he knew what I waned them for, he suggested another style that will work much better for me. The product is wonderful, I just choose the wrong size.

I had to order a second pair of shoes due to them being sized smaller. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in a dress shoe, 8 1/2 in a tennis shoe. I ordred the 7. Swallowed me whole. The salesperson asked about leaving room for socks. :) I live in south Alabama. We never put the flip flops up.... Thick socks? What's that? I ordered a size 6. I think that they will be ok. Now, if it would rain, for high school football like it has for the last 2 years, I could finally wear my new shoes...

I have wanted to try these boots for years and finally took the plunge. Very glad I did, they are awesome! Comfy and perfect for our FL afternoon downpours. Order down, very roomy.

I love LL Bean and order from them often. The issue with ordering these was what size to get, I have everything in my closet from a 7W-9Reg. I ordered a 7W and they fit. The only issue is the heel as others have mentioned. It slips, even with socks. Its ok for me as I plan to use these for rainey day errands, not to do major walking in. If you tighten the laces then it gets tight over your arch area, and I found that uncomfortable. So order a size or two down and go with your normal width. If you normally prefer a wide then order the wide, its not too wide, and since they are made from a stiff material you dont want it tight. Overall, love them, cant wait for the rain.

I had a pair of these in college and loved them. I just receoved my new pair and can't wait to wear them! Long lasting and I like the blue color- goes with most everything.

These were the first pair of wide shoes I bought that actually wide as stated. They are a comfortable fit and keep your feet dry.

I am so please to have a new pair of mocs. I purchased a pair "10" years ago and I am just now replacing them. I love these boots. I purchased the pink color and am delighted that they are now available. I can't wait to wear them. I drive school bus and sometimes the bus yard floods. I am 61 years old and love not having to tie or untie my boots. I recommend them to all ages. Just slip them on and go. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

These are the best boots anyone could want. My feet never get wet, and they are great when I walk my dogs in the woods. They do run large. I wear a size 8 wide, but the size 7 wide fits great.

Love the Rubber Moc. I have a narrow foot so I was so glad to find these shoes. I took them to Canada for a recent fishing trip and wore them all day. My feet were warm and dry all day. I will recommend these shoes to anyone who has narrow feet.

I bought the Bean Boots for a trip to Alaska. Have already worn them around the house and while working in the yard. Can't wait to give them a workout in Alaska, will probably wear them on the plane. Two of my friends fell in love with their looks, but I love them for the COMFORT and support.

Comfort is great. Feels like an athletic shoe. Definitely get a size smaller. A tad slippery on smooth, wet surfaces. Especially happy with the MADE IN MAINE. I just know they will last 20+ years !!! If not, LL Bean's exchange/return policy is exceptional.

I love these - especially since I have to go wide since having a bunion and subsequent surgery. My granddaughter (3) thinks the color is the best - she asked if I could find some for her!!!!

I have wanted a pair of these Bean Boot Rubber Mocs for years, but this is my first pair (and I LOVE them). Prior to making my purchase, I read all of the Consumer Reviews on the website. After completing my research, I was so skeptical about the sizing of this item that I almost didn't buy them. However, one person noted that she normally wore a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe and the SIZE 7, Medium width Bean Boot Moc worked best for her. As I typically wear a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe, I decided that I would order these shoes in the SIZE 7 medium width. I thought that I would give it a try and if they came in and didn't fit, I could always return them. When the shoes arrived, I immediately tried them on, and to my surprise they fit PERFECTLY!!! I was so happy I ordered them and even more happy that I read the reviews. I wore these shoes for over an hour the first day, and they feel fantastic on. I wear them with regular athletic socks, and I like the fit. If it is super hot or humid out, it might be a good idea to wear those socks that wick away moisture since these shoes are water proof and thus not very breathable in the way athletic shoes are, but either way the shoe feels fantastic on. I have had a lot of foot problems over the years and my feet typically hurt during the course of one day, but with these shoes on they didn't hurt at all. The rubber bottoms are great for doing the amount of walking that I typically do. I was so surprised at how comfortable these mocs were. And they keep your feet DRY!!! I recommend these to everyone, as they are fabulous shoes! I love them and plan on ordering more in the future. Maybe a pair in each color (that's how much I love these shoes)!

I ordered these for my 83 year old mother. We bought a 7 which is usually a little small in regular shoes and had to return them for a 6. The sixes are perfect and my mother loves them.

I got the first pair of these a couple of years ago specifically for dog walking in fall/winter/spring, and have worn them out, so ordered a new pair. (The dog walks a lot!) I was thrilled to find they came in Narrow. I ordered down a half size as recommended and the fit is good. Love that they are so waterproof and easy on/off. This time I got them in Navy and Yellow.

OK, as long as I can remember, I always wanted a pair of LL Bean blue mocs. Well, my allowance has allowed me to purchase these. OK I am smiling. I normally wear a size 7-1/2. When I gained a little weight my feet went to a size 8. So, for years I wore a size 8. Well, I recently lost 25lbs and decided to purchase a size 7. Well, they were a little loose, but I figured that I would be wearing socks with these shoes whenever I wear them anyway. I must say that the quality of the shoe is everything that I dreamed it to be. They are worth the money......I love you LL Bean! I am still smiling!

I bought the Hunting Boots so I bought the same size as the boots. The heel is a little big but with socks they fit better. Also pulling the strings tighter helped a lot. I really like these shoes. I really like that they were made in the USA.

My Last pair lasted over 20 years but were beginning to leak. I just hated to part with them but it was time to get new ones. I bought the same color and style (still available). They now come in some more appealing colors but decided to stick with the same. I ordered the size recommended - one size smaller than normal footwear and they fit perfect with my light weight socks or bare feet. I usually only wear them for a couple of hours but during bad weather I have kept them on all day. Wouldn't be without my bean boots.

I've had horses for 37 yrs & have always owned a pair of these rubber mocs...we (my horse friends) affectionately call them "beaners". We LOVE them. The imitation "beaners" do not hold up the way LL Bean's do...I wear a hole in the bottom way before the manure has a chance to ruin the top. I practically live in these things around the barn, at shows, riding, gardening, etc.

These shoes are great for running out into the rain chasing a puppy! Very comfortable, easy to get in and out of. I'd definitely recommend them.

The first pair I bought was "Narrow" and I found it to be WAY too narrow for my foot, even though I would say I have fairly narrow feet and high arches. I then exchanged them for the "Normal" shoes, which fit just fine, although they are a little roomy. They are great for gardening and walking the rain. Very comfortable. As always a good product from LLBEAN.
