I have wanted a pair of "duck" shoes as long as I can remember . With the new LL Bean in Colonie Center I went to get them on a Saturday night .. I wanted the blue and they only had the brown - they called the main store I talked to a very nice man - and I received them in the mail on Tuesday morning .. I walked around all night with them on . Thanks to all the reviews I ordered a smaller size and yes they are still a little big but a thick pair of socks I will be fine .. I never thought I would say this but cant wait for the first snow ...

Love the Bean mocs. Description said they run big, they were right. They fit perfectly on the first try. With my feet, that is amazing in itself! These are great for being out with the dogs in all kinds of terrain and weather. They keep my feet dry in mud and wet grass. I got my first pair of Bean boots when I was 8. The quality is still as great now as it was then. You can't go wrong with Bean boots!

Great pair of slip-ons for walking the dogs in the morning, especially if there's wet grass. Easy on and off. They do run VERY large so order down at least one size.

These rubber mocs are exactly what I was looking for - easy on/off waterproof shoes! They run quite large & narrow, but luckily I purchased them in the store and a very well-informed sales person advised me to start with a smaller size in a wider width than I normally where - it worked. Now, well-equipped for cool, wet weather.

this product definitely runs big, so order down probably a size and a width. i ordered these to wear in the rain. i have to exchange them for a smaller size.

The rubber mocs were exactly what I wanted. Do not have a wearing history [have had them less than a month] so cannot comment on durability. AGAIN - LLBean's rapid delivery after an order exceeds all expectations. No company can meet Bean's standard - I purchase almost everything on line - no one comes close!!

Love! Fantastic fall shoe! It took me three attempts to get the sizing right, but thanks to excellent customer service and speedy/easy returns, I finally found the right fit! I recommend following the sizing information given. I am typically a 8.5 or a 9. So I started with the size 7N (I went with narrow because I felt like everyone was saying that they ran really wide). Too small. Next I tried the 8N, which I thought was perfect, until I wore them around a bit... I liked the look, but they were just too narrow. So in the end I am the 8M and (somewhat like the fairytale) they are just right! I'm looking forward to a long life with my new mocs! And want to thank LLBean for being so understanding and patient with all my exchanges.

The boots run big and was mentioned if you are a half size you should size up, well that was wrong. I had to exchange the ones I ordered for a smaller size.

Width was perfect!Length was a little longer than I'm used to. Since my daughter fell in love with them and her foot is a little bigger than mine, I passed this size on to her and ordered the next smaller size for me! Anxiously awaiting my pair!

These are my second pair of mocs. My first pair lasted 15 years. I got a half size smaller and they fit fine. The heel is a big wide.

Great outdoor shoes!! Puddles disappear, wet grass, no problem, yet they are comfortable in every way! The advice given was to order one size smaller; totally true!! Even with the size smaller a heavier sock can be worn when needed in the winter. Thanks, L L Bean for a great shoe!!

I have been looking at these rubber mocs for several years. I was not sure how they might fit and if I would get a lot of use out of them. My husband has the tall version and loves them. He wears them around the yard in icy winter weather and swears by the grip on the bottom. I went ahead and ordered them for myself and followed the sizing instructions exactly. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit and how comfortable they were. They also look great with jeans. I plan to wear them a lot in the cooler weather when we take our pups on walks or to the dog park. Actually I am sorry I waited so long to order them.

LL Bean Rubber Mocs are easy to get on and off. Comfortable to walk around the yard in with my dog morning, noon, evening, and night. I love how the mocs keep my feet dry in the early morning. I bought one size smaller and wear a light weight sock. I purchased the wide width and the fit is perfect. My feet are very wide.

These shoes are excellent. They feel comfortable and don't pinch at all anywhere. I highly recommend them.

I've wanted these shoes ever since I went to an Ivy League school and the kids from back East had them. They're great for taking my dog out for walks and mucking around in the yard. Must wear socks, though. I don't understand why more people in the rainy Northwest don't have them!

These are great boots. They are very comfortable. A great buy.

The mocs were very good. My wife has enjoyed them since we got them. We were both concerned at first about ordering a size smaller (since she didn't plan on wearing thicker socks), but they were true to the description on the site. They kept her feet warm and dry while we spent 6 hours in the rain one afternoon, so she has been very pleased.

Although I bought the boots a whole size smaller as recommended, they are still rather large. Wearing rag wool socks makes the fit better, but they can be uncomfortably warm in the rain. That being said, I don't know of a better made rubber moc, so I will use an insert. Their quality and the fact that they are made in the US is more than enough reason to buy them!

What a great pair of boots!!! I work as an Occupational Health Nurse in a meat packing plant and the floors are slippery and messy. These boots have great traction, protect my feet and are comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone>

These "boot shoes" are great. As another reviewer had written, they do run large so I bought one size smaller and kept my AA width. I can wear them with light to medium socks. I took the inner soles out and tried my orthotics which fit in just fine. However, they are very comfortable with their own inner soles. Because I have a narrow and very bony foot with very long and high arches, I often have trouble getting a comfortable fit. These shoes do not cut into the arch bone on the top of my foot or pinch any place else. I am pleasantly surprised to find that the heel is comfortable and does not rub on the back of my foot or cause callouses.

Great shoes they run larger than your normal size and wider. Sent back and order 1 size smaller and in narrow. Would recommend anyone to get a pair as they are very cute and the most important they keep your feet dry! Had brown pair now have blue. Brown pair 2 years old and worn alot and still in great shape.

I just purchased these and finally got to try them out this morning. I am in PA/MD and today we are having LOTS OF RAIN!!!! I put them on in my car and threw my leather shoes in a bag to run across the street to my office. WOW, they are very warm and kept my feet dry. I look forward to many years of dry, warm feet. Please keep in mind that these shoes run very large. I usually wear a size 7, and I had to order a 6. The size 6 still has plenty of room, but from what I've read, these shoes are made for very thick socks. I have thin socks on today, and just tightened them a bit more, and I was fine running across the street.

I was really hoping these shoes would work out. I wear a size 8. I was advised to get a size 7. They were too short. I ordered the size 8. The length was just right. It was the width of the heel in both sizes that was way to wide for me-even with thick socks. The colors were rich, the design and construction were superior.

Walking instead of driving makes you need waterproof shoes that are comfortable and dry. BBs do the trick.
