Ever since I got these the tongue won't stay flat and keeps curling up over itself. I contacted the customer service department for assistance but apparently you have to go through an entire return procedure, send the item defective back at your own expense, and let them assess the product to determine if it's eligible for a warranty claim.

I bought a pair of moccasins on May 9, 2023. In late November, the split wide open on the right side. Minnetonka would not honor this faulty product, saying they have a 90 day window for replacement or claims.

I bought these slippers for my husband less than two years ago and they are falling apart! He's only worn them indoors, but they look like they've been through the wringer! The inside of the shows is almost all the way worn through. For $80 you'd think they'd last, especially with light use, for at least two years. Will not get another pair for him in the future. Very disappointed!

It's an OK value. But not great. Compared to an UGG slipper, the L.L. Bean slipper is flimsy, and the sheepskin is not as dense. The fit is poor.

While these fit i was dismayed that they were made in an SE Asian dictatorship with links to slave labor.

I've owned several pairs of these over the years and used to think they were the most comfortable. Quality is definitely not there now. My last pair lasted only 4 months before the heel wore through. The right slipper has a hole all the way to the sole and the left is not far behind. Will not purchase again especially with what they cost today.

I used these only at home, and only during the winter, as warm booties to keep my feet comfy when the New England winter was upon us. They lasted 2 winters, and now the stitching is coming undone from one of the shoes on the side. I did not expect this poor quality coming out of LL Bean. For $79, I expected them to be rugged and last me a while.

These slippers are great if you are going to replace them every four to six months but if you expect them to last any longer without the insoles coming apart or the stitching coming out then you may want to just go with a big box store slippers that you can get 6 pairs for the price of one pair of these slippers. And don't try and use the warranty to replace them because they will keep giving excuses to why they can't honor the warranty. Take notice that they changed the warranty from life time to one year on the slippers knowing the slippers don't last but a few short months before coming apart. 7 times now LL Bean won't post my review so that should tell you all you need to know about this company, but I'll keep trying, I've posted in several other review sites with no problem and I see thousands of bad reviews just about these slippers.

you can find a shoe just like this that will last just as long for a fraction of the cost. these are already falling apart--enough said, LLBean quality is poor. I attempted to write reviews on the products that I purchase, yet L.L. Bean sensors those, and will not even allow customers to comment on shipping issues. L.L. Bean is censoring their customers because their product is substandard. Return everything in the past year, as our customers have one year to return their products. Return everything and never shop here again that's my motto.

The slipper is very narrow in the toe area in the wide slippers, making them unwareable.

These mocs are very poorly designed. They are made for European narrow toed feet. They are not slip ons, as the hole is too narrow. They have to be pulled on. The old ones I had from 25 years ago were so easy and comfortable. Bad on LL Bean.

I read a review that raved about LLBean's slippers so I decided to spend more than I would for quality. What I found out is that the 10.5 wide width isn't really very wide. I was going to try a size up, which may have worked out for me, but LLBean charges $6.50 for each return so I changed my mind I didn't want to risk losing another $6.50 trying on "wide" footwear.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. He only wore them indoors 100%. The Sherpa lining became all flattened out with bare patches, and the slippers became completely misshapen. I brought them back and after much discussion because they were out of warranty, the manager replaced them. Same issue AGAIN. I do not recommend these. You are better off buying cheaper department store slippers for 1/5 the priceyou can replace those 5 times if you need to, but you probably won't. LLBean should do better.

I bought a pair of these 12 years ago. These mocs lasted me for 10 years before I wore them out. I bought another pair 2 years ago. I do not wear them outside, strictly indoors. Well the soles are all craked and falling apart. Been repairing them with glue and silicone. Don't think I'll get much more use out of them. You use to have quality products. I will be giving second thoughts before I buy another LL Bean product. Very disappointed.

Shoes are made in Myanmar.
A brutal dictatorship, that murders it's own men, woman and children en mass.
Made in a Chinese owned company.
Why not make them in North America?

These do not compare to same pair from 2 years ago. These now have to extra soft type leather. Tongue won't stay straight up, it rolls over exposing lining as shown in my photo. They are on average when compared to old shoes 17 grams lighter, old shoes were missing most of lining and old pair still out weighted this new pair out of box.

I ordered 13 W slippers. When I took them out of the box it was clear that they were two different sizes although they both were labeled 13W. When I tried them on they looked distorted. I took them off, repackaged them and took them to my local LL Bean Outlet where they refunded my money.

One slipper was clearly made with a smaller piece of leather and is visibly narrower than the other. One foot it very comfortable and the other barely fits in the slipper. Given the cost of these slippers you would at least expect them to fit the same (yes I have checked the tags and they are both 11s).

Am a fan of these slippers. My old pair is about ready to be replaced so I ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my wife. Ordered same size as before and when I received them found that they were larger than my originals. In fact, they were a little larger than my old stretched out pair. Had to replace them and am now reluctant to reorder because I don't know what size to get.

I got these slippers in September 2022. By mid-Oct I noticed my feet were feeling a lot colder and by Nov I had stopped wearing them because even with wool rage socks my feet were extremely cold, I think due to the plastic rubber sole.
Anyway today was the first time I made the trip to LL Bean since my purchase. I hoped to exchange these for a slipper without the plastic sole. I was told I could not do this return due to excessive wear on the slippers, I very much disagree and indeed feel this return falls into the one year 100% Guarentee, they didn't make my feet cold in Sept!
