Less than 4 months after getting these, and after only wearing them less than 12 times, the side seam on one slipper has ripped. Previous pairs of these slippers lasted over 20 years with no ripping. LL bean quality has gone way downhill! Luckily I am in the satisfaction guaranteed return window.

The comfort is there for sure, however the tongue ripped while keeping the shoes tied.

They are awful! Your feet has zero support. The size is oversized. My husband said it was like his foot sliding off to the side.

I bought these and they were great for about a year. Suddenly one of them developed a huge bald spot where the sherpa material had been completely worn away. I reached out to customer service and they said since it was past the 1 year they wouldn't replace it for me. It's clearly a manufacturing defect since my other moc is totally fine.
The reason I payed more than other places was because I had heard the customer service here was the best but after this experience I've learned that's not the case.

Had for a few weeks and they are falling apart. The fur on the inside is coming off where my toes rest and the laces have both broken. I would not recommend them for the price. I only wear them in the evenings around the house.

I have hard wood floors and wood steps down to my basement. The sole of these moccasins are so hard and slippery that I no longer can wear them in fear I am going to fall. I slip and slid and cannot walk naturally when wearing them.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size and would be charged $6.95 for full price slippers. In addition ordered other stuff from LL Bean. Just didn't seem like the best customer service. My husband said he would rather go to a discount store and buy slippers at half the price. Unfortunately you lost his business.

We sent these back the day after Christmas for an exchange because the wrong size was sent. 16 days later and we've heard nothing from you.

So disappointed. Although my family has been buying these slippers for DECADES for multiple relatives, this Christmas (2023) my father said the slippers were so uncomfortable that they were unwearable. Also, the slippers would "eat" his sock at he walked, pulling the sock off his foot. We returned them and bought a replacement, but he says the are just as uncomfortable as the first pair. So he's sticking with his old, worn-out L.L. slippers for now. Unless the manufacturing changes, it seems we have no choice but to switch brands. But how will we even know if the manufacturing quality control changes?

These fit great for a couple days and all of a sudden they stretched or popped or something and no longer fit. I have no idea what happened but they suddenly became like a size too large. Very disappointed at Bean's fall from grace over the past few years

The slippers do not match. One is skinny and narrow with pointed toe. Other is wide with square toe

Ever since I got these the tongue won't stay flat and keeps curling up over itself. I contacted the customer service department for assistance but apparently you have to go through an entire return procedure, send the item defective back at your own expense, and let them assess the product to determine if it's eligible for a warranty claim.

I bought a pair of moccasins on May 9, 2023. In late November, the split wide open on the right side. Minnetonka would not honor this faulty product, saying they have a 90 day window for replacement or claims.

I bought these slippers for my husband less than two years ago and they are falling apart! He's only worn them indoors, but they look like they've been through the wringer! The inside of the shows is almost all the way worn through. For $80 you'd think they'd last, especially with light use, for at least two years. Will not get another pair for him in the future. Very disappointed!

It's an OK value. But not great. Compared to an UGG slipper, the L.L. Bean slipper is flimsy, and the sheepskin is not as dense. The fit is poor.

While these fit i was dismayed that they were made in an SE Asian dictatorship with links to slave labor.

I've owned several pairs of these over the years and used to think they were the most comfortable. Quality is definitely not there now. My last pair lasted only 4 months before the heel wore through. The right slipper has a hole all the way to the sole and the left is not far behind. Will not purchase again especially with what they cost today.

I used these only at home, and only during the winter, as warm booties to keep my feet comfy when the New England winter was upon us. They lasted 2 winters, and now the stitching is coming undone from one of the shoes on the side. I did not expect this poor quality coming out of LL Bean. For $79, I expected them to be rugged and last me a while.

These slippers are great if you are going to replace them every four to six months but if you expect them to last any longer without the insoles coming apart or the stitching coming out then you may want to just go with a big box store slippers that you can get 6 pairs for the price of one pair of these slippers. And don't try and use the warranty to replace them because they will keep giving excuses to why they can't honor the warranty. Take notice that they changed the warranty from life time to one year on the slippers knowing the slippers don't last but a few short months before coming apart. 7 times now LL Bean won't post my review so that should tell you all you need to know about this company, but I'll keep trying, I've posted in several other review sites with no problem and I see thousands of bad reviews just about these slippers.

you can find a shoe just like this that will last just as long for a fraction of the cost. these are already falling apart--enough said, LLBean quality is poor. I attempted to write reviews on the products that I purchase, yet L.L. Bean sensors those, and will not even allow customers to comment on shipping issues. L.L. Bean is censoring their customers because their product is substandard. Return everything in the past year, as our customers have one year to return their products. Return everything and never shop here again that's my motto.

The slipper is very narrow in the toe area in the wide slippers, making them unwareable.

These mocs are very poorly designed. They are made for European narrow toed feet. They are not slip ons, as the hole is too narrow. They have to be pulled on. The old ones I had from 25 years ago were so easy and comfortable. Bad on LL Bean.

I read a review that raved about LLBean's slippers so I decided to spend more than I would for quality. What I found out is that the 10.5 wide width isn't really very wide. I was going to try a size up, which may have worked out for me, but LLBean charges $6.50 for each return so I changed my mind I didn't want to risk losing another $6.50 trying on "wide" footwear.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. He only wore them indoors 100%. The Sherpa lining became all flattened out with bare patches, and the slippers became completely misshapen. I brought them back and after much discussion because they were out of warranty, the manager replaced them. Same issue AGAIN. I do not recommend these. You are better off buying cheaper department store slippers for 1/5 the priceyou can replace those 5 times if you need to, but you probably won't. LLBean should do better.
