I bought a pair of these 12 years ago. These mocs lasted me for 10 years before I wore them out. I bought another pair 2 years ago. I do not wear them outside, strictly indoors. Well the soles are all craked and falling apart. Been repairing them with glue and silicone. Don't think I'll get much more use out of them. You use to have quality products. I will be giving second thoughts before I buy another LL Bean product. Very disappointed.

Shoes are made in Myanmar. A brutal dictatorship, that murders it's own men, woman and children en mass. Made in a Chinese owned company. Why not make them in North America?

These do not compare to same pair from 2 years ago. These now have to extra soft type leather. Tongue won't stay straight up, it rolls over exposing lining as shown in my photo. They are on average when compared to old shoes 17 grams lighter, old shoes were missing most of lining and old pair still out weighted this new pair out of box.

I ordered 13 W slippers. When I took them out of the box it was clear that they were two different sizes although they both were labeled 13W. When I tried them on they looked distorted. I took them off, repackaged them and took them to my local LL Bean Outlet where they refunded my money.

One slipper was clearly made with a smaller piece of leather and is visibly narrower than the other. One foot it very comfortable and the other barely fits in the slipper. Given the cost of these slippers you would at least expect them to fit the same (yes I have checked the tags and they are both 11s).

Am a fan of these slippers. My old pair is about ready to be replaced so I ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my wife. Ordered same size as before and when I received them found that they were larger than my originals. In fact, they were a little larger than my old stretched out pair. Had to replace them and am now reluctant to reorder because I don't know what size to get.

I got these slippers in September 2022. By mid-Oct I noticed my feet were feeling a lot colder and by Nov I had stopped wearing them because even with wool rage socks my feet were extremely cold, I think due to the plastic rubber sole. Anyway today was the first time I made the trip to LL Bean since my purchase. I hoped to exchange these for a slipper without the plastic sole. I was told I could not do this return due to excessive wear on the slippers, I very much disagree and indeed feel this return falls into the one year 100% Guarentee, they didn't make my feet cold in Sept!

Bought these slippers and wore occasionally inside of house. Seam ripped apart rendering slippers useless. Attempted to add photos, but was unable.

I have purchase the shoes twice and could not get the right fit. I brought the first shoes was too small. The second one it was too big. I have try to make it fit by putting a shoes insert to midgait the problem but the shoes is still too big. But LL. Bean said after 1 year of purchase I can not get another one the right size. I think such premium brand can not stand behind their products is not acceptable. I would definite think twice to buy another LL. Bean product in the future.

It looked as though I received 2 different shoes. The left shoe was trimmed in tight around the ankle with shearling, the right shoe had it rolling out all the way around the ankle.......

They were supposed to be a size 12, that's what it said on the slippers and they fit like ballet slippers. No way a 12 and on top of that, it's been weeks since I returned them and still no refund. Never again.

I had foot surgery several months ago and I still need to wear wider shoes. I've been wearing women's wide sneakers, and since I know LL Bean shoes can run a bit snug I thought I would order a men's wide. I ordered a 8 Wide - but they were too long and incredibly tight. (I wear a women's 10 1/2 wide for reference - men's 8.5) I even tried to size up to a nine wide, and they were so long I was tripping and still too tight. Really disappointed. They were also sewn up differently. The left toe was clearly wider than the toe on the right moccasin, which is unfortunate, because the right side is where I need more width. I still don't think they would've fit, even if that toe was a bit wider to match the left. So incredibly disappointing. I used to love LL Bean's items and it looks like I won't be able to buy them anymore. It's too bad the quality has tanked. I'm not even really sure why I tried since my son got a pair of moccasins two years ago and the stitching ripped through the moccasin at the toe within three months, just wearing them inside the house, and his feet are narrow.

I know a few people who own pairs of the brown slippers and swear by them. I really liked the look of the black spruce, but my sizes didn't come in wide. I was hesitant but followed the size estimator's recommendation, and ordered a pair online (no stores in my state). Unfortunately, they were much too narrow. Whether I returned or exchanged them, I'd still have to pay for shipping, so I ended up just returning them to be done with it. Very disappointed since they looked to be well-made.

I am a true size 10 , medium width. I received these as a gift in size 10. After wearing them for a few months they have stretched out so much I cannot wear them. They now fit like a size 11 , wide width. I do not recommend buying these slippers.

I bought these slippers for my husband, who already has 2 of the same exact slippers in different colors. I purchased the same shoe, same size, different color BUT this time it was too small!!! Total bummer! We won't buy these online anymore and the brick and mortar stores are closing all around us. No place to buy them at an actual store. The sizes are unpredictable and I do not like the idea of buying more than one size and then sending them back because it costs over $6 to do so. If only they can keep the sizing consistent.

Purchased the same size I wear in every other slipper, they felt okay for the first week, then they began to get loose on me. They are so loose now they keep falling off my feet. I had to park them. I expect better from this price point. Not sure if I can return them, but i'd sure like to.

Slippers came but the top of the left one appears to have the right foot's pattern causing a goofy fit and need to return.
