Top sitching on left shoe irritates my foot . Need to wear a sock to stop the discomfort . Considering returning the slippers.

TLDR I have worn these slippers for about 20 years. The Price has increased quality decreased and the warranty is terrible now.
I have always worn these slippers they were the best. I had my first pair for about 7 and once they started to decrease in quality and the lining wore down I took them back and got a new pair. I had a great customer experience. After another 5-7 that pair wore down and I got a pair of inserts that brought them back to life for quite a few more years. Once they started to wear down again I asked for a new pair as a gift. I didn't want to take advantage of the lifetime warranty since it was such a great company with a quality product it felt like the right thing to do to support them by purchasing a new pair (I was unaware that they had since discontinued their lifetime guarantee). I have now had this pair of slippers for 2 years they are only worn for about 4 months out of the year. Always with socks and they have never once seen the outside like I was recommended for best care. And the wool lining is almost gone the leather has ripped where the strings tie. The quality of this product has decreased and the price has increased and they got rid of their warranty. I will never purchase another LL Bean product and have requested from everyone close to me to please not purchase me anything from a company that has shifted so far from what they once were.

I had a pair of these in the 1990's and they lasted a long time - until they got chewed up by some puppies. Got a new pair for a birthday gift a few years ago. Very nice for a couple weeks before I noticed the pile starting to get matted down. Now the pile has no more fur in the heel areas. No longer good, just wicked. Seems like something changed over the years. The original moccasins were guaranteed for life. Now it's only 1 year, and they wear like it. Seems likely that they have a new source of these that is much cheaper and much poorer quality. Buyer beware. These had a great reputation that some buyer apparently cashed in to get a much cheaper source. Paying $90 for one year of wear seems like an absurd price. Too bad.

I knew Bean had tossed their lifetime guarantee policy but never bothered to see if it had been replaced or with what. So last Xmas when i opened up my supposedly brand New wicked good slippers I was pretty ticked to see that the shearling footbed showed clear signs of wear - bald spots and compression. But with the return policy gone and them being a Xmas present I knew of no way to fix the problem so decided to just be ticked and get on with it. Well here I am a year later and finally wondered whether anything had replaced to old policy, only to find that something did but it ran out on me two weeks ago. I wouldn't have looked if 'just getting on with it' had worked, and my irritation has only grown.
Say anything you want about my screw up, there's no excuse for selling used product as new. None.

The sole of my slippers fell apart. I love the warmth of them and they had a lot more life to them. I ended up buying new soles from shoemakersacademy.com and sewing them onto my slippers after removing the old sole. They are perfect now and I hope to get many more years use of them.

Neither size I tried fit my son, unfortunately. The heel was too large in each of them.

I bought the exact same slipper, exact same size and width, exact same item and yet the one pair is notably smaller and will require me to now take time to return it! I notice one was made in China and the smaller one was made in Myanmar. This is not good quality control and therefore does not demonstrate reliable quality for which LL Bean HAD been noted. I have noticed this same problem on shirts also so I know it isn't an isolated mistake.

Never received the item. Customer service gave conflicting information multiple times I reached out to them trying to receive this item. Completely unsatisfied and will never be buying from here again.

The slippers are comfortable and look and feel great, but the soles fell apart along the diamond grid lines. My husband has an older more used pair that has a different sole on it and they are still doing well
I've had these many years, but since I'm in Florida, I only wear them for about 2 months out of the year. I wrote to customer service and this product is only backed by a one year warranty

I purchased the LL Bean Men's Wicked Good Moccasins, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Initially, they seemed comfortable and well-made, but after a few years of use, the flaws became glaringly apparent.
The most significant issue is the plastic sole. Over time, the plastic becomes hard and brittle, which not only makes the slippers uncomfortable but also poses a major safety hazard. The soles started to crack and fall apart with very little use, rendering the slippers practically useless.
Considering the price, I expected much better durability and quality. Unfortunately, these slippers turned out to be a waste of money. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for long-lasting and reliable footwear. Save your money and look for a better alternative.

Bought these about 3 yrs ago and use them during winter months. The soles are rubber but turned hard and are very slick. I flew down a half flight of stairs due to no grip on the soles. I actually called customer service and they could care less and did nothing. Don't pay the big bucks for the llbean name this slippers are junk and deadly!!! Lots of other options out there and cheaper!!!

I think I need a regular slipper (higher on the foot) and a sturdier shoe to fit my particular foot. I have a bunion and some toes that need extra room.

The latest (as of 10/24) mocs sourced from Myanmar have a shallower vertical cut. My foot Height went from 6cm in older model to 5.5cm and no longer fits making this a very uncomfortable and disappointing purchase. In other words, the length and width may be to spec, but the inner height of the mocs are significantly shorter than they used to be so top of foot is compressed, and he heel comes out the back.

I thought these Wicked Good slippers were just that out of the box, but after having them for a few months, they are disappointing. The laces won't stay tied no matter how hard I try and there's not enough lace to "double knot". The structure is lacking; sides and back break down and you find yourself walking on them. Lastly, they aren't as comfortable as advertised. There are better choices. I typically buy slippers about every 5 years. These unfortunately look knew, but now sit in the closet as they've been replaced

Originally ordered 11W based on site recommendations. Too big. Ordered a size 10M which are fine in length and width but the lining is so fluffy and slippery my heals come out of the slippers with every step. I expect as the lining ages it will get worse. Therefore returned.

I am writing this review as a retired old man that loved his old L.L.Bean Moccasins. I had to get a new pair as i have completely worn out my old ones; after many, many, many years of daily usage they had finally had it. I am highly dissatisfied with my new purchase as they do not fit properly to the size i requested, they seem to be bigger then what is expected. They are falling off the back of my foot as i walk... it is very dangerous but i have since worn them so i am unsure what the return policy states as i have since worn them around the house only to find they don't fit properly, but i would appreciate it maybe if someone can reach out to me about this and maybe i can get a better fitting one, to avoid any trips or falls thanks in advance.

I bought these with a suede sole
Last year. Had to buy men's because ladies was too
Narrow. Even men's is barely wide
Enough & my feet are not
Big, I just can't have pressure on the bones.
The sole
Wore out in a year, could
Not exchange. They only
Make with the hard rubber sole which defeats the purpose of being able
To ground in them.
Also the memory foam
Layer in the sole
Is not Sized right so your feet are unstable & ankles go side to side. Bad for balance & comfort.
It seems the soles need to
Be wider to
Stabilize the slipper &
With less padding.
Same problem with the boots.
Because of
The memory foam
The soles wear very unevenly.
Very disappointing for the price. I
Got my new pair from old friend &
They are MUCH more comfy with a suede sole & no thick memory foam.

I have bought at least 4 pairs of these over the years (and still have a couple that wore out). I ordered my new ones looking forward to wearing them and my foot would not even fit inside. I double checked my old ones and they were the exact size (10W). I know it wasn't just part of the breaking in as I have done this multiple times. My foot has not changed size as I have gotten a pair of Merrells and New Balance shoes recently at that same size as previous purchases. I am quite disappointed especially paying for express shipping and now with a fee for returns.

I bought these in 2012 and look at how my outer soles are beginning to deteriorate! Disappointed in quality of the materials! My feet are wet and cold.
