I received exactly what I was expecting from LL Bean! Great boot and fit

FIRST PAIR OF 8" BOOTS I PURCHASED (SINCE THEN PURCHASED PEBBLE FINISH LINED WITH SHEARLING) WITH THINSULATE/GORE-TEX. SO WARM AND COMFORTABLE. HAVE BEEN AN L.L. BEAN CUSTOMER FOR DECADES JUST LOVE THEIR CLASSIC PRODUCTS!

They do just want they need to do - warm and dry feet!

Style, materials, and bootmaking have come together in this Classic LL Bean boot. Other customers were talking about it while I tried the boots on.

These are the absolutest best! Bought my first pair in 1987 and am now on my third, but only because my feet have continued to grow and spread over the years. With a pair of thick wool socks, these boots will keep you warm and dry thru pretty much everything a New England winter can throw at you.

My husband loves these boots. He says that his feet have never been so warm.

These were a gift for my son. He absolutely loved them. Winters are cold in upstate NY, therefore he needed warm, waterproof boots to get him through the winter.

Very comfortable and warm. They are dry without making your feet sweat

My first pair of these boots was in 1988. I had them for 18 years. They were the best boots for fall, winter and Sping. I tried other boots but nothing else can close to the comfort and durability this boot has. I'm very happy to have a pair again. Maybe I'll get 20 years out of this pair !

Waterproof and warm. These were purchased just before this year's blizzard in Colorado. These boots stayed dry and kept me warm. The only issue you may have is if the ground is icy. You might want to purchase YakTraks to strap on top of these if your terrain is mostly ice. We had mostly snow (some ice) and no issues with slipping. We were sledding, hiking hills, walking over Lake Dillon. No issues. I would certainly recommend these.

The comfort! The fit! The performance! Can't believe it took me 38 years to buy my first pair. But I guess I had to wait to become a Dad apparently. Boom. Nailed it.

I used the fitting guide and the fit came out near perfect. I have worn these with medium weight sox in the snow at about 18 degrees F. There was enough room in the boots to comfortably wear a thicker sox. My feet stayed warm during about 1 hours plowing with an open tractor. My butt was cold, but my feet stayed warm. Love these boots.

I've wanted these boots for a very long time but haven't been able to stomach the cost. Finally but the bullet and I'm very happy. Excellent quality. They look great and perform well in the elements. Only complaint is that I have wide feet, I ordered the wide size, and they are still ever so slightly narrow. They don't hurt my feet but it is noticeable. Extremely pleased with this purchase.
