I like the zipped hoodie alot. It is a very warm flannel with tank underneath, the hoodie is great if you need alittle extra warmth for a cold breeze on your head/neck. This is the second one I bought from Beans. My only problem with this one is the color, Bean of Freeport Gray, The color is lighter than I expected, doesn't look like same as on line or in the magazine. Makes it look a little cheap in appearance.

I really like the plaid and the material is very nice. The medium seems a little big and I probably could wear a small. I will keep it though, as it kind of falls between a shirt and a light weight jacket and should work great in the Spring. Very boxy looking. Very comfortable.

I would have preferred if it had a straight across bottom as opposed to the curved bottom. Other than that I love it.

Even though it's snug fit. I'm going to keep it

I like this hoodie a lot. It's a good weight, not too heavy, but perfect for layering over a turtleneck. The only downside is that it is a little boxy. It would look better if it were more fitted. It washes well, and did not shrink, although I was hoping it would shrink a little. I did iron it after washing, but only because I like my clothes neater. I would recommend it.

I own two of these, they are very comfortable and soft. However they are very baggy. Fortunately I sew and I was able to take both jackets in about 3 inches.

Love the colors. Fits nicely. Right weight, not heavy.

I do love this jacket, it fits well and looks really nice. My only problem is that the stitching at the bottom of the zipper prevents me from easily zipping it up. I have to take time to pull the fabric away before I can zip! But I still love this jacket!

I love 98% of 'LL Beans cloths!! They are just too expensive!!

This shirt is well-made and I have received a lot of compliments on it. It is a looser fit but very comfortable.

The stomach/zipper area is a little baggier but this is my go to hoodie now. The flannel is soft and durable.

I have the red and black buffalo plaid. It's a bit oversized but perfect for layering. Great for fall as light weight. Love it!

Tried on, Am wearing it tomorrow with jeans.

I found this shirt to be cozy. I also like the tartan. It seems a little sloppy to wear after it's washed. Just could have a slightly better fit. Also zipper was very hard to do and when I would get it up it would be mismatched. I am returning it and exchanging it in hopes of getting a better zipper.

Good quality

I purchased 3 altogether. The first two were mediums and they are a bit wide. I kept them to wear as an over shirt for additional warm. I then ordered a small and it fit much better although still slightly wide. Overall I like the quality and warmth.

The shirt was good quality and the plaid very attractive. The only thing I'd change would be a closer to the body fit, but then I did not buy it to work outside. The hood was on the large side, which I'd preferred to be smaller.

I absolutely love these -I bought 2! But after one accidentally went in the dryer on low (even tho it says it is machine wash/tumble dry low) it shrunk badly! So badly I lost 2 inches in the sleeves! Although CS has since replaced it I would beware of shrinkage if placed in a dryer. Next time I will go another size up (even tho I sized up already from my normal) If it weren't for shrinkage I'd give it 5-stars...

This would have been my second tartan zip hoodie this year. I first ordered the Black Stewart Tartan and loved the vibrant colors of the plaid. I then ordered the Royal Stewart Plaid and was disappointed in the coloring. The red looked dull, as if it had been washed a few times. Because it lacked the same brightness of the Black Stewart, I sent it back.

This is more of a jacket than a shirt. And, the sizing reflects this. I always wash my new clothes on cold and let them air dry. This jacket arrived quite a bit too large - and I am always a size LARGE in LLBean clothing. I almost returned it, but decided to wash per the directions - warm, low dry. With that washing, the size reduced quite a bit. I decided to keep it as it's a nice design concept. I will use it as an outer layer on cool days. it would be nice to have the zip style in more of a blouse sizing to wear by itself. But, I am mostly happy it.

I absolutely love this shirt! Soft, comfortable and I loved the relaxed fit, zipper and hood! The only issue I have is that once I washed and dried it, it was not longer relaxed, more like a fitted shirt! It shrunk in length and width. Thankfully it still fit after stretching it out some, and I was able to wear it, but I will no longer dry it. So beware of that!

The size chart was for chest and arm length, and like many plus sized woman I need more room in the waist than the chest. I decided to go up a size to 3 xl and I'm glad I did. There was some shrinkage after washing so now it fits just right. There was some pilling that wasn't fun to remove and I hope I don't have to do it next washing. It came out of the dryer soft and fluffy though. I don't like that the zipper pull is on the left. I am right handed and all of my other jackets have the zipper pull on the right. Overall I am happy with it but not as happy as I thought I would be.

So far I am very happy. Usually when I buy something of this style I have to unbutton the cuff to get it over my hand and the sleeves are too short. This fits over my hand (with a tiny bit of a struggle after the first wash) and the arms are long enough. The front is a little longer than the back, it's a bit weird. The sleeves allow room for wearing a sweater underneath. The body is designed as "relaxed" and it offers room for a sweater also. I love the black and red check! I love the weight of the flannel, I love the zipper rather than buttons. If I could design it myself I would make the cuffs slightly larger, the back longer and the body a bit trimmer. But it's a keeper as it is.
