I had high hopes, and they were exceeded! First I noticed the heft and beauty of the rich flannel. SO soft and cozy! The zipper is more convenient for me than buttons. The pockets are large - meaning tall and full volumed BUT NOTE that depth from the pocket bottom to the lower edge of pocket opening is only a couple inches. So taller items like phone fit, but may not stay securely with movement. I usually select Petites, because I am 5 ft tall, but decided on Regular for this to get the extra inch of length in the body. It is definitely NOT too long on me! This seemed pricey to me, but now I am considering a second one. And my color was on backorder for three months - but worth every day of waiting!

I bought this in Dress Gordon and it's so cute and fun to wear - either out on errands and hikes, or just lounging around the house. The material is a soft flannel (not stiff or scratchy) and keeps me warm. I'll probably get the Grey Stewart next - it looks a bit drab online but in person it looks nice.

My wife is very happy with the fit and quality of the hoodie. She's tall, so finding shirts and sweaters can be a bit of a challenge. This shirt surpassed her expectations. Will definitely look for additional colors

Many reviews mentioned it was boxy. While it is, that's the style of the shirt and I was fine with that. You may even be able to size down one size. The fabric is lightweight, very soft and colors are deep/rich. Great layering piece. Recently wore it over a t-shirt for just that little bit of extra warmth on sometimes chilly flights. Having worn a blue/green plaid uniform al through grade school, I was hesitant to buy plaid. This shirt cured me of my 'allergy'.

I really like the look of this jacket. It's got roomy pockets inside and out. I love the hood and the front zipper.

This flannel was just the right weight for this style, not too heavy, but has body to it. The zipper is substantial, the length low hip for outerwear, nice buttoned long sleeves. Perfect fit, roomy, but not boxy. Love this one! Would recommend more than one!

THIS RELAXED ZIP HOODIE IS THE THIRD ONE I HAVE PURCHASED. THE HOODIE CAN BE WORN ALONE, OR ON A COOL DAY, WITH A TANK TOP UNDERNEATH. WHEN IT IS A LITTLE COLDER, I WEAR A LONG SLEEVED TEE WITH THE HOODIE. IT IS JUST THE RIGHT LENGTH, AND FITS WELL; I DO HAVE TO FOLD THE CUFFS UP. I LOVE THIS SHIRT. IT IS A GREAT WEIGHT, AND LOOKS GREAT WITH JEANS.

Just what I was looking for. It's warm without being too heavy. It's casual and comfortable. I dislike half zip tops and was thrilled this was a full zip. I'll be tossing this on whenever I have a chill regardless of the season. No regrets at all.

This is a great flannel hoodie. It's not heavy, but it's warm. Some of the previous reviews said it was "boxy," but that was exactly what I was looking for. I can wear it alone or over a tee shirt. It looks great and is very soft.

Jacket is made of really high quality material. I love the leather zipper pull and leather label next to the pocket on one side. Kind of boxy and loose-fitting, but it means you can layer. Perfect for under another jacket in the winter (or over a long sleeved shirt), and I imagine perfect for chilly summer nights. Worth the price.

I had seen this in the store and loved the look. It is super comfy - I just wear a T shirt under it. Perfect length. Very flattering cut. One of my favorite casual tops - maybe my very favorite.

I just received this flannel hoodie today. I couldn't help but dive into it. I live in the gorgeous Colorado Rockies and the temps are in the teens today. Perfect! Needless to say, this hoodie is all I expected it to be. I'm 5'4" and weigh 140. I ordered the XLG. It fits VERY loose; but that's exactly the look I was going for. I wore denim leggings with it and boots. I totally appreciate the pockets. If it were colder out, I would have added another layer...my favorite LLB mock turtleneck, which, btw, are a staple in my winter wardrobe. I highly recommend this hoodie. Can't wait to get a couple more :-)

I bought the blue Stewart plaid and loved it so much Santa brought me the Victoria. I am a size 12 blouse and the medium fits fine with plenty of room for a turtleneck underneath. There are two interior pockets with plenty of room for keys and phone. Highly recommend!

Love this shirt, i am going to order a second one in other color. It reminds me of a shirt I had in high school. Very comfortable.

Premium weight flannel, great design with curved bottom and the pockets. True to size for me, a 12-14, so I ordered Large. True to size for my 29-y/o daughter also, and hers is XS. I ordered hers for Christmas, and mine right after the holiday after seeing hers. Comfortable sizing for a turtleneck or shirt underneath. I will wash cold and dry on low because I love how it fits and don't want to risk shrinkage. Colors - a hard choice as they all look beautiful; I got Victoria Stewart and Gray Stewart. Really love this shirt.

I use this item like a jacket or sweater by wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt or Turtleneck under it. Did not seem to shrink with washing, but I will be careful to remove from dryer while still damp. It fits fine around the hip area, but as I am big on top, I don't want it to shrink. I love the fabric! It is thick & plush, and the colors are beautiful. I bought the Gray Stewart.

Wife bought me a Grey Stewart flannel shirt from LL Bean last Christmas. She liked the pattern and design of the shirt so well that she asked for a similar shirt this year as a Christmas gift for herself. She added that she would like a hoodie on her shirt. She loves the light weight flannel feel and the warmth that it provides her. And the Scarlet and Grey corresponds well for OSU Saturdays in the fall.

It's 28 degrees here. I had on an LL Bean Henley, Scotch Plaid Shirt and this jacket and I was very warm. I love to wear so many items of clothing purchased from Beans. I will add this jacket to the list! I did not realize until today there are deep inside pockets, which is a bonus feature. Thank you LL Bean for all the great clothing!!

I love this hoodie. I got it for casual, around-the-house wear in winter, and it's as warm, soft and comfy as I hoped. It does run a bit large, which is great for layering. It's attractive and very well constructed. I'm getting another one. Wish they came in solids, too.

Bought the XS women's; there was no size petite when purchased, and still does not appear to be available in that size. The hoodie was definitely way too large for me, but I threw it in the washer/dryer based on another reviewer's post. This definitely shrunk by more than an inch, closer to two inches, but now it actually looks like a relaxed fit now instead of swamping my frame! For reference, I'm 5'2" and 125lbs. The grey stewart is lovely and oh so soft!

This flannel hoodie is very comfortable, warm, and great quality. I would say it's a bit large, so if you're wavering between two sizes go for the smaller one. Definitely a great item if you're looking to layer and keep warm.

I love this hoodie! It is great to wear around the house or outside when it is cool. I even sometimes wear in the evening with my PJ's when I am relaxing because it is so soft and comfortable.

It's about time Bean made a more feminine top in their wonderful Scotch plaid! I am 5'7", 150 lbs. and take a Large. It is a bit boxy, but looks good with a lightweight layer under it. I bought myself two, and had one sent to my daughter who says she loves hers, too. Make more next year!!!

Fits perfectly - love it! Bring on additional colors! 5'2" 135 and medium fits me perfectly :)
