As a barber I stand on my feet all day. Wow, these made a huge difference, no more aches at the end of the day. I would definitely buy these again!

I can remember as a kid my Mom would buy me a new pair of Vans every year at the L.A. county fair. Now I'm 66 years old still buying and still wearing them. Best skateboard shoe ever. P.S. still skating, thank you Vans John H.

Everyday casual shoe. Awesome fit and feel

1st pair I got new in the early 80s. Time to get another. Comfortable. Ment to wear around the home as I work from home

My husband has plantar fasciitis and works on his feet all day walking around lifting heavy things and in and out of a grocery store unloading trucks so his feet are tired on his days off. Good shoes for days off are much needed. He loves Vans with the comfy Cush as his shoes when out and about. They don't hurt his feet or cause any discomfort.

My husband bought a pair and we decided to be ~that~ couple that matches at random family events so I needed them! I ordered my normal size with the extra cushion, and they were a little snug when I first tried them on. They'll stretch as I wear them more though! Very happy with my purchase!

I love the style of the vans. I will never wear any other color or style. I hope they never stop making these. They are so comfortable for every day wear!

I've been buying checkerboard vans since the 80s, and now that I'm in my 50s, my feet aren't what they used to be. But these new more padded shoes make up for that! Super comfortable and fit like a glove. Highly recommend!

Secure and comfortable fit, great board-feel, and durable as all get out. I bought them to have something easy to throw on going out the door, but wound up skating them anyway.

20+ years into skating, these are hands-down the best skate shoes I've ever had. I've maybe skated 5 pairs and they've all been stellar. No laces to tear, great boardfeel, great flick right out of the boxno complaints. Looking into another pair soon. :)

I have tried this type of shoe from all the major manufacturers and this is simply the best. Comfortable and fits true to size. And not too warm during the warmer months, which is important!

I love this shoe, and have most of the colors. I have no idea why there are not more options and color ways. They always have a few staples and just one or two limited run colors. The most recent one appears to be a blue dark denim but when I got them, they are so dark they look black. Would like to see some more choices.

These have been sitting in my favorites for a while now and of course Black Friday comes along and I have vans points expiring... yada yada yada... Ok so really I was SO curious to compare these with the regular slip ons because I am such a fan of the SKATE version of all vans I have tried. I have no regrets, they are great straight out of the box. I really wanted to know how they would feel and I am sure I will get more in the future.

So I am a new skater, and this are the first Vans I got. I love them, they fit perfectly and the soles are really soft. Also they feel very grippy and overall really good.

I've been wearing Vans since I was in Jr High. I have a pair of original Old Skool shoes I got last year and they are great, comfortable, typical Vans. I was recently looking for a new pair of Old Skools in a different color and the guy at the store recommended the Skate Old Skool version over the original so I bought them, went home, and compared them to the originals. Both are great. The first thing I noticed is that the Skate version is slightly wider, which is good for me because the original is slightly narrow for me, but not so much that it is uncomfortable. The other thing I noticed is that the soles of the Skate version are firmer. Comparatively, they both feel good to me. The originals are very soft and flexible and very comfortable, almost like slippers. The Skate version feels more like an athletic shoe. The Skate version has a contoured removable insole and the soles are much more supportive under your feet. The originals sit very flat in the heel and the Skate version is a little more raised up like an athletic shoe. Though I like them both, I think the Skate version is a good modern improvement over the original and brings them in line with what a quality athletic shoe should be today.
