Best outdoor activities hat ever!!! Bought it for a trip to Hawaii, did not disappoint. It was challenging to figure out what size so I had to order both and return one.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a perfect fit with great sun coverage. It's light weight as well. There were no problems with shipping. It arrived within two weeks after ordering.

I have yet to use the new hats because I am out of the country, but I know them from my previous purchases. I always like them

Love this hat! It's my favorite traveling hat because of the way it folds up. Clearly, a lot of thought was put into the design, with the dark inside brim to reduce glare, the sunglasses holder, the adjustments for different size heads (mine is quite large and this fits!), the strap so it won't fly off in the wind, and of course, the way the brim folds in half and stays crisp looking.

I needed a hat for our hiking trip to several National Parks. I had looked at the giant online retailer and found ones that were less expensive - but I was not sure of the quality. (Plus you can't trust their reviews.) And I knew LL Bean would be high quality - and it was. The hat was perfect for hiking. And when I wasn't wearing it, it fit well in the backpack and did not take a lot of room. Very happy with this purchase!

My daughter gave me one. So good that I got one for my wife. Now we're both thrilled. Perfect for the canoe, convertible, sun, rain and all else.

Great hat. It is very light, cool, and keeps the sun off my face. While working in my gardens, I often forget that I even have a hat on!

Love my new Ultra Adventure Hat! It provides protection from the sun by its generous clamshell brim and neck flap. Very easy to adjust for a perfect fit.

It keeps your head cool and holds your sunglasses when you are not wearing them. It is a very comfortable hat.

This head has a nice, wide brim to help protect my face from he intense FL sun. It's also very light and airy, which makes for a more comfy wear in this humid climate.

Purchased this hat for kayaking and it is perfect. Lightweight, stays on, and is adjustable- all the features needed in a boating hat. The back flap is plenty long enough to cover my neck and the brim is nice and wide- overall, good coverage from the sun. I roll up the back section when not needed and that works well . I like the colour, too. I would recommend this hat ; it's a solid purchase.

I ordered this hat in the gray color, size S/M. I have been wearing sun hats for many years for walking and working outside. This is one of the best sun hats I've ever found. It is light & breathable yet not flimsy so I feel I am protected from excessive sun yet the material does not cause me to over-heat. The large brim provides excellent protection for my face & ears. The neck flap stays put - no blowing all over the place when it's breezy, the flap stays down where it is supposed to be without being heavy or annoying. I have a rather small head but the hat size is adjustable so it stays in place. This hat is so useful to me that I bought a second one. As an aside, I've received several compliments on this hat, which is unusual in my experience for a sun hat.

It took awhile to find a fun color hat in this style...LL Bean had it!

My best friend loves hats but has a hard times finding women's hats that fit. She got sunburned while fishing so I ordered this for her to keep the sun off of her in the future. She loves it and it fits great. The folding brim is an excellent design that helps it fit neatly into a bag or purse. It's a great hat.

This hat is awesome. No sweat on the head even in the hot sun. It is light weight, covers the neck completely and covers the face. It has a very nice chin strap with easy tightening and two front facing slots for holding sun glasses. This hat is well worth the money.

The hat fits so great...very comfortable. It's super functional...protects the back of your neck from sun really well. Not super cool looking on your head but I'd trade cool looking for practicality and functionality any day. The color is really nice too, love the color. The tie string prevents strong winds from blowing away the hat.
