Nice hat; bought this one in Sand as I bought another color at a store but they didn't have Sand. I like this hat; it has a holder for your sunglasses and it stays in place. It also has good ventilation at the top of your head without exposing it!

I bought this hat for sun protection. It is comfortable to wear and it keeps the sun off my face. The strap keeps it from blowing off but I find that it molds to my head and doesn't want to blow off like some hats. I didn't think that I'd like the drape in the back but I think that this helps to keep the wind from blowing it off.

Excellent hat. This is my second purchase of this folding hat. It protects well, washes well, and has really held up.

This hat is great for keeping sun off your face. Folds up easily. Materials are really high quality.

I wore this hat for a month in sunny Costa Rica and love it. The folding brim packs beautifully, and the adjustable sizing and chin strap meant it stayed on securely even in very windy situations. I chose the pumice color because the underside of the front brim is darker and cuts the glare. Highly recommend this hat.

Having had a few skin cancers on my face I don't go outside when the sun is out unless I am wearing THIS hat. No other provides the coverage. The design is perfect. Well made, too. Years after I bought it I happened to visit their site because the sunshade (bill?) had become warped, probably due to bad travel packing and people throwing stuff on top of it, and I discovered the warranty is unparalleled. They sent me a new one for the very reasonable cost of shipping. I would never voluntarily buy a different hat or brand. Worth every penny.

My first purchase was 20 years ago...a testament to the quality of the product. Just want a second hat of a different color...

Started the Colorado trail in a big box store brimmed hat by modifying the back with Velcro to keep it out of the way. After 200 miles of trying to figure out where to stash it without taking off my pack I found the adventure pro hat and OMG! A foldable brim hat that was SOooooo comfortable and stashed easily. The flap in the back was incredibly light and yet stayed put to keep the sun off. When not needed it stayed stashed up in the crown without ever creeping back down, even as I took it on and off. The super smooth and easy back adjustment to tighten and loosen the fit was an unexpected luxury as it only took one hand. Love it and have bought 5 as gifts.

I bought this for my husband. He used it all summer and it kept his neck and head from getting sunburned. It's lightweight so he doesn't feel overheated. I would definitely recommend this for anyone out in the sun.

I bought my first Sunday Afternoons hat 12 years ago and it is still going strong but it is getting signs of wear and has paint on it. Plus I got tired of forgetting to bring it so I ordered 2 more so I could stash them at work and in my car. Will probably order a couple more to keep in my suitcases because I have left home without my hat several times. I live in Nevada and it's sunny all the time. I bought the Ultra Adventure because it is the closest to my original hat which must have been discontinued. The original hat was a completely foldable pocket hat that zipped into it's own pouch built in the neck flap. Then Ultra Adventure is perfect for just about everywhere. Lightweight and vented, the neck string comes in handy with our afternoon winds. Keeps the sun off my head, neck and ears. It's still easy to tuck in your pocket when you don't need it. I will close my review with "the time I lost my hat in Jamaica"..........I was on a cruise and the first stop was Jamaica. I was on shuttle bus going around the island and decided to jump off at stop unexpectedly. As the bus pulled away I realized my Sunday Afternoons pocket hat was on the bus. I jumped on the next shuttle and said "follow that bus!" I told the driver what happened, he got on the radio and eventually found the other bus driver. We met up back at the cruise port and I was reunited with my hat. It was a 2 hour delay out of my island time but I got to meet a couple of very cool bus drivers.

Love this hat. Excellent for sailing. Full coverage of face and neck. Lightweight.

Been wearing Sunday Afternoon hats for many years!

I have been Sunday Afternoon hats for at least 10 years. I love how much shade I get yet how light and cool they are. I have found other similar styles from different brands trap in the heat. This is my first time trying the "Ultra" Adventure... usually just wear the "Adventure Hat". I actually like this one even better.

Love this hat! It is very light weight & has vents to help from feeling too hot. The neck flap is great & is the perfect size.

Being a fair-skinned gardener, I had been looking for a breathable hat that would cover my neck but not block my field of view. The Ultra Adventure hat turned out to be the perfect answer. No hat is going to keep you completely cool while working outside for several summer hours, but the higher ventilation mesh allows more heat to escape than the other hats I've tried. And the rear adjustment belt provides just the right fit. So glad I discovered Sunday Afternoons hats - I'll probably order a couple more just to have spares for travel and hiking. This is a highly recommended product!

I teach elementary PE outside and LOVE this hat because it's lightweight, comfortable, and provides maximum sun protection! This breathable hat offer comes with a handy drawstring that helps me keep it on my head on the windy days. I love this hat so much I buy a new one every year! I just wish there were more color options.

I usually don't wear hats because they are hot and you can't see over the brim. Have spent a lot of money trying to find a sun hat that worked. FINALLY found this one. Love this hat. It's light weight, and the venting works great. My head/ears/neck are covered, yet still able to breath and vent. It packs great, The brim is perfect. I have 2 colors so far. My family members have each purchased one. Just wish there were more lighter color options.

This hat is a great for any adventure you know you are going to have a ton of sun. It's comfortable, lightweight, and packs small.

Perfect sun hat for doing things in the sun. Super lightweight, wicks well, conveniently folds. I'm using this for trail running and mountain biking, and it's great. The hat fits well under a bike helmet and makes a sun bonnet that is amazing! Yeah, I'm into this hat. Looks dorky af but I pretty much love that too.
