My husband has worn this hat for years now. It always seems to look good and keep its shape no matter what he put it through. He accidentally splashed some paint on it a few weeks ago. He hand washed it and it all came out! Even so, a replacement is in order, so I'm ordering him a fresh one.

I bought this hat for a Caribbean vacation. I wanted something that looked great and was also packable and washable.This hat is all that and more. It's a perfect sun hat, light-weight but with structure (not floppy), has a strap for windy days, and holds your sunglasses. Don't hesitate!!!

I bought in California and brought it to Chile this summer, amazing hat ! Pay attention: Do not fold it ! (hahahahahahahahaha...) Strategic ventilation doesn't work. Moisture wicking sweatband works really good !

Bought it for my husband who has a larger head. It fits perfectly and he loves it!

This is my second charter hat. I carelessly lost the first one, which I had for years and was in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the new one and plan to extend my collection of Sunday Afternoons hats soon!

After trying other hat brands, I will not buy anything but Sunday Afternoons hats. Great thinking for sunglass holders, comfortable, stays put, and protects from rain and sun. Love it!

Casual but sharp looking hat with wide (but not too wide) brim. Great for sunny hot days; it's nicely ventilated. I haven't used the little storage pocket yesterday but I likely will soon. If it's breezy the loop strap works great.

Bought for an upcoming trip so haven't had a chance to see how packable it is but is very well made so will probably hold its shape nicely. Fit is perfect. Brim is just the right width for great shade & really like the sunglasses feature. Also, the mesh trim around the top is a stylish touch. My only complaint is the cream color has a hint of green to it but probably looks different in various lights.

I saw this hat in a giftshop and eventually ordered it online in the dark khaki. I love it. It folds down flat so it's easy to pack and love the sunglasses holder.

I love this hat. It is comfortable to wear for a long period of time. The band wicks away sweat and keeps your eyes clear. The vent allows cooling breezes to keep you comfortable. The sunglass slots are genius! The hidden pocket is a well designed, nice touch! I looked at many hats before choosing this one, I'm confident I made the best choice. You will be too.

This is a great hat , very effective in keeping the sun away while keeping the wearer cool. I just used the hat for two weeks while hiking and it was very effective in keeping the sun away from me while hiking.

Wore on a canoe trip. Got caught in the heavy rain and it did a great job keeping the water off my face. Also great job with Sun. Kept its shape.

I tried a few cheaper hats before I finally got this one. I really can't recommend it enough. Pros: -Well-made. Looks nice and has proportions that work perfectly with my face (doesn't push down on my ears when sitting at the proper level), and doesn't have a comically tall height like a wannabe cowboy -Can be pushed flat for packing in a suitcase -Brim can be shaped easily. This is important as I want the hat to curve down in the front and back to best protect my nose and neck. Somehow the brim also stays how you shaped it when the wind picks up. The drawstring does a great job keeping the hat on your head too -Sunglass lock works way better than I expected, with my multiple different pairs of shades -Sneaky compartment for cash/ID/credit card Cons: -None. Seriously! I gave this thing a real trial when I spent almost 2 weeks in the desert southwest during June. I had so much peace of mind knowing I was getting the sun protection I wanted, even when we encountered some stiff breezes. People get the wrong idea and think that a hat will make them hot, but not getting fried by UV rays actually keeps you cooler. I live in the PNW, and I can confirm that it also is water resistant and helps immensely with keeping rain off your face. Buy nice or buy twiceget this hat!

I have no hair. This hat is a life saver. I haven't found any other that performs close to this in sun ,heat, comfort and traveling laying flat in a daypack on a plane. That's why I bought this second one.
