Shoe is comfortable but the toe box needs to be widened . The insole needs be updated for health issues such as Metatarsalgia and Planter fasciitis. No problem with durability as of yet, that is with them being used as work shoes walking 10 to 15 miles per day.

Internet suggested that the 1080 series was best for people with Plantar Fasciitis. I don't know but am willing to find out. New Balance would do a great service for people with nonstandard feet if they were to identify the shoes that have been designed to accommodate the following characteristics: All of which are near and dear to my feet ! Very light and comfortable. Good for Plantar Faciitis. One problem for people with high insteps is that it is a struggle to get the sneaker on because the tongue is attached to the sides 1/2 way down the laces.

This is probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Being in my 60's I've worn a few. Great ride and ball support on front soles while walking hills on pavement or packed rocky trails! Great for Extra wide feet.

I didn't mean to, but I put almost 600 miles on my v10. After 50 miles on the v11, I don't notice many differences. Solid shoe. The plus is the removal of the seem at the ankle. The minus is the ankle is very stiff, (maybe because of the huge hard logo?) and rubs slightly.

I really love these shoes for how soft they are but the downside is they are so soft and the pad is small so if you are not careful and very flexible you can literally slip off the pad and hurt yourself. Overall though I look forward to their newest generation that prevents the slipping and I'll grab three for me and my family.

Not A fan of the tongue part of the shoe. It's hard to insert feet into shoe because of my wide feet.

If you stand 8 hrs for work this is the shoe for you,I tried hoka,on,sketchers non of them were comfortable for my foot.

Love the shoe. Probably my favorite pair yet. Just thought they are a bit pricey at $157.00. But I to think they are great shoes.

Great shoe but due to numerous foot & ankle surgery, one shoe did not fit as well as I hoped. I will stick with the 990v.

Needed new shoe for walking and jogging. No full time runner just casual. Really like the cushion they feel wonderful. I have a higher instep and it feels a little snug right at the instep but not terrible. Over all great shoe.

as described - large toe box - correct fit, like the simple color
