Very comfortable form base but the standard with is narrower than any standard width shoes I have ever had. This makes them just somewhat too tight and thus the 4 star rating rather than a 5 star!

I had stepped away from New Balance for about a year to try Hoka. I decided to go back recently and found the same quality that I was accustomed to.

They are extremely lite and every step I take feels like I'm walking n a bed of pillows. My only complain would be that they are pointy and not round at the toe like the other model NB make.

I walk 5 miles a day with my dog. All of a sudden it feels like I have much less weight on my feet. It's a joy to walk with so much support.

I bout the Wide fit and found it is a bit mottoes narrow than the v10 I was replacing not sure why New Balance can't maintain size-consistency! Great quality and am happy with them over all - my hope/guess is they will relax a bit and fit my wife foot.

New Balance is the only running shoe available in Wide. The Company doesn't seem to recognize this is competitive advantage. Why else would no store have an NB size 10 Wide in stock? You have to order it online.

My last pair was 2 years ago. These new ones have a larger tong. I wear a 9D and with the larger tong I find the fit a little tight.

The white looks awesome. I noticed they do not have all white for the 12s. These are very very wide. I was swimming in both a 2E and a M. The hard ankle areas and when you lace tight it cuts in your foot slightly. Bottom feels great and the look is awesome if you have a wide foot and don't mind the cutting. I kept these and like them overall. I ended up also getting a grey colored version 12 and its a much better fit. But they do not have a good color section yet. .

I really like the style of these shoes . I love the fact new balance will make wide sizes colors are great . The shoes are comfortable for short periods of time they are to soft so there is no stability which tends to hurt my feet and knees as I walk or run for any long periods of time . Would I recommend these yeah but not for training or running the support just isn't there

I wear them daily but the high back on the heal makes it difficult to get on without unlacing the laces. I like the older models that had a lower back on the heel and they slipped on easier.

Gym, walking trails and enjoying the weekends. Comfortable for a 245 lb guy.

I have warn orthotics for years because of major heel pain (planter faciitus). I have a wide forefoot and wide sizing is my only option. Fresh foam from New Balance allows me to have brisk walks without pain. The foam eventually weakens over a couple of years and I buy new ones. Improvements could be made to the heel depth and a little better ankle support as the orthotics raise my heel up, otherwise they're near perfect. Highly recommend to anybody with heel pain. I liked the thicker tongue on last years model better.

I originally purchased the the 1180V shoes on line. When I receive them I noticed, on one shoe, that the elastic connecting the side of the shoe to the tongue was torn. I called the local store and asked about returning them. I spoke with Alisha and she told me they had the same pair in stock. I went in the next day and she exchanged them with zero issues. The transaction took all of five minutes. I'm very happy with my shoes and the overall experience with New Balance.

Purchased online. The first wear, the tongue tore on the left shoe. Attempted to call customer service, no answer. They claim texting will yield a faster result. Was contacted one week later with suggestions to help, sorry pal, I highly doubt that was faster. I suggest find a brick and mortar store and support them. They were beyond helpful on the swap. Also, the new pair, the right tongue tore as well. Inspect your purchase before you exit the store. New Balance customer service needs immediate attention after your quality control.

This product would have been a 5-star, if New Balance had the size and color I needed. The standard size was too snug, for me.

I like them and will likely buy another pair. The v11 is an improvement over the v9 and v10, which is positive but I still prefer the old style heels (v8). I was excited to see the heel change since I didn't like the v9 or v10 heel and thought I was going to be looking at changing shoe manufacturer or models for the first time in years. Same great cushioning and support, nice and light. The tighter positioning of the shoe around the top of the foot is fine since the shoes are so light and breathable. Didn't like that at first but I got over that a few minutes into my first run. I'd like to give them 4.5 stars but that's not an option here.
