I have had 2 other pairs of Fresh Foam and this style feels 1/2 to 1 full size smaller than marked. My dog splashed mud on them or I would have returned them for a larger size. Very nice cushion feel. I just wish they fit.

I have owned several 880v11's at women's 10D but this particular pair/color is too short in the toe. Feet feel cramped. Bought a pair 2 months earlier, same style different color same size and they are fine. This is the second NB shoe this year that is running too short for me, the other was a different style. I kept the shoes hoping they would "stretch" out a little, but they haven't. I'm too far out from date of purchase for a return and not sure if I'll be purchasing anymore NB.

I had bought this product because reviews stated this shoe accomodated hammertoes. In my case they did not , so I returned them.

I especially was disappointed in this shoe. The shoe and its laces were different colors of white. I thought they clashed!

These are my favourite shoes. They are amazing! I have owned many pairs. But unfortunately about a month ago, I ordered exactly the same shoe/size that I have owned in the past (most recently 10 months ago) & when they arrived, I tried them on and they are MUCH larger (both in length & width).. I called & the person I spoke with was quite shocked. She wasn't able to give me an explanation. I sent them back. Now I am not sure whether to reorder the size I ALWAYS get or order a smaller size. They are the exact colour, size, model that I ordered less than a year ago. I'm hoping it's a bad batch?

When I first put these shoes on, the fresh foam comfort felt great. I felt very springy in my step aerobics class. However, the comfort didn't last. After a few months of light use (a couple of times a week), the foam in the heel area where I pronate is squashed/pushed down and does not come back. The uneven heel bed causes the shoe to pull at the laces on the top of my foot - the area where I tie my shoe. I would recommend this shoe only to someone who changes shoes every 3 months and has no pronation.

I ordered these shoes because I wanted a wide toe box and these came in double wide. Huge disappointment when they arrived and the double wide was .5 inch narrower than the New Balance 900 8.5 Wide. I had to send them back

I like the shoe but my feet smell horrible when I wear them so I don't wear them. It does not happen with any other shoe.

Very disappointing, especially at that price point. Tried to “break it in” but walking on sidewalks was like having thick cardboard soles without a sense of protection or support. Fabric uppers only accentuated that.

These run a lot shorter than my other new balance shoes. Sadly, these are going back. Hopefully the next size up works. I like that these are a neutral color. Hope they keep making colors I can wear to work.

These were not comfortable to me. Slid around on my heel so I returned them.

I have been a fan of New Balance sneakers for many years, but I feel that the Fresh Foam style do not offer the same level of arch support. I thought the styling and color was great - unfortunately, I will be returning these.

The old version, which i wore for man years, was so much better than the Fresh Foam Version. This new style offers little support, the shape is different, and my feet hurt when i wear them. So disappointed! I wish you would go back to the old design and material. I will be looking for a new shoe from another manufacturer.

I was totally dismayed not realizing these New Balance shoes were not meant for the Northwest climate. The first day and last time I wore them, it was not raining but there was enough moisture on the road that my socks got wet, my toes were cold. It never occurred to me that a running shoe could be so unfriendly to weather conditions. Sure, of course, not running in the rain might be expected, but what if it starts to rain? Anyway, I would have returned them except I did wear them that first day. Now I have to wait till summer to try the experience again. Very disappointed.

The 880 has been my go to running shoe since v7. I have always worn a size 10.5 wide in it. This version is visibly shorter than the previous version and feels tighter/narrower in the toe box as well. My big toe now hits the front of the shoe when I run, something that never happened before. It feels like they also added extra padding to the back of heel, which pushes your foot forward. The tongue feels less cushioned than the last version, which is too bad. I have high arches and appreciated having a nice plush tongue to lessen the pressure on the top of my foot. It's still a very attractive and well made shoe, but it's not the 880 I've relied on the past few years. Unfortunately, I received these as a Christmas gift, so I can't return. Very disappointed.

This is my second pair of New Balance 880's. I purchased my first pair a couple of years ago and they have proved to be the most comfortable and supportive shoe that I have ever owned. Not so with this pair. Even with the wide width, they are too tight and my right toe is numb after walking in them today. Also, they don't seem to have the same arch support as my older pair. I have dealt with plantar fasciitis over the years and could always rely on New Balance to give me a comfortable, supportive fit. Now, that I have worn them, I guess that I cannot return them. An expensive online purchase.

Exact same as my current running sneakers but these have no cushion. My feet and knee hurt after running in them. Very disappointed

The fit was not good for me. They were much too wide and a bit too short. Color was great. Returned because of the fit.

I usually love the 880's for work (I'm on my feet a lot), but this time around I had to return them because they weren't big enough in the toe box. I went with the 860's instead

Went a half size larger hoping these would fit. However, the toe box was too narrow (ordered EE). Unsure if I may try a whole size larger but afraid that may be too long. I used to wear size 5 1/2 WW or 5 1/2 EE. Now trying 6 WW or 6EE. I have high arch, squarish toes, and plantar fasciitis. Finding shoes with wide toe box to accommodate my squarish toes is impossible. I have my own insoles to accommodate my high arches that work well.

Rheumatoid arthritis, particularly in my feet, has made it difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. I bought a half size larger and extra wide but my toes still ran into stiff resistance at the edges. I've been wearing New Balance for years now and never had a problem. Perhaps a bum pair? Not sure but returned them.

I wear the shoes everyday they are very comfortable; this is my second pair. I am contemplating another pair but for the fact the shoelaces seem to be shorter. I will probably go to a store to try on the next pair and if the shoelaces are again too short I will say bye bye to New Balance
