This running shoe made the ball of my feet hurt after 2 miles was jogging. I had an older pair of New Balance 880 but don't know what version it was and didn't have this problem. I had those shoes until I wore out the sole, over 3 years! Was hoping this shoe would work out and was sadly disappointed after wearing them twice.

These sneaker are comfortable. I had to but an extra wide which I never did before. From now on I’ll stick to Clark shoes and sneakers. They are true to size and width and best of all made in the USA Wake up America

Great for wide feet but still returning. They felt hollow in middle of footbed, which might be fine and make the shoe lighter, but it felt strange. Love the maroon color but the pink is too neon.

I have worn New Balance running shoesfor many years. I thought this was the newest model of the shoe I am currently wearing but unfortunately the toebox is more narrow and it is not comfortable for me.

Super cute shoes. Not a lot of arch support. The toes box is “thin”. Recent knee replacement and I know my toe hitting top of shoe will not get better. Size was spot on…. That toe strike……not a good feeling

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for years. I always wear a women's size 8 medium. These shoes fit more like a size 7. Super short and narrow. At first I thought they sent the wrong size, but the box and shoe say size 8. I can't say much about the comfort because they were just too small to tell. Needless to say, I have to return them.

I wanted to like this shoe. I have an older pair of 880's that I love. This pair fits small in the toe box. I exchanged for a wide width. They felt good while standing, but put the balls of my feet and my toes to sleep on a moderate paced walk. I also felt that I was leaning forward which put pressure on my knees.

I was so hopeful that these New Balance Fresh Foam 880s would be the best running shoes I've ever purchased. Unfortunately, the bunion on my left foot didn't agree. With toes shoved to the left of the shoe, one toe suffers. I'm not sure if I should order a half size larger or a wide instead of a medium shoe and have my right foot feel like it's swimming around in a too-wide shoe.

The shoe was a good shoe. It fit well and was comfortable. Only problem is, it looks very ugly to me.

Loved the look of the shoe and the comfort level but it is extremely small. I have since tried on a number of the New Balance Fresh Foam and all of them are very, very small.

Width overall a smidge too tight on one foot. Ordering up on width would be too big for the other foot. Aging runners tend to grow larger feet: bunions, bumps, lumps, spread and need accommodation. Otherwise, a workhorse for the road miles. Wish there were more stretch to the upper. It struggles to breath as well.

I ordered my usual 8.5 D and to my surprise it was almost an inch shorter than any of my other New Balance shoes! I have four pairs of NB walking shoes all in 8.5, all D Wide. Why on earth would the company change the shoe last so drastically? I returned this size and ordered one in a size 9. It fits, but the verdict is out on how comfortable these will be with my 30 miles a week of hiking/walking. I gave this shoe an overall 3 for the irritation of them having changed the shoe last. The problem with the design of this shoe is that although it has a mesh upper, which leads one to think that it will give and have lots of room in the toe box, the company has inserted a sort of plastic bumper-like thing at the end of the toe box, perhaps to keep one from stubbing one's toe, but nevertheless it negates the whole point of having a mesh upper. I am disappointed in this shoe and will most likely not order this style and maybe not this brand again. I like Ortho Feet and they are guaranteed to fit because they come with a couple of widths of insoles to make them fit better if needed. They also have free shipping and a generous return policy.

I only wear New Balance but this was a product I had to return. This style ran 1/2 size too small.

This shoes is about 1/2 inch shorter from heel to toe compared to other NB athletic walking shoes I own (three pair). I will have to order half size up and compare. But I suspect there are going back. It is hard to tell if the padding is going to be what I need until get the right length. I will update review after trying the size larger.

Even though the upper is narrow, the soul is not, so these shoes feel awkward. Compared to other narrow athletic shoes, mostly ASICS, there is a huge difference in the size of the soul. I feel like I need to walk differently to keep the souls of the shoes from rubbing against each other. They are showing unnecessary wear from this. I ordered these because they were recommended by our running store, and it's not often I can find narrow shoes in fun colors.

I wanted to love these. I need a 10W, and these fit fine in length and width. I have another pair of New Balance in the same size but a different style that fits great. This pair was squishing down on my toes, so the toe box was wide enough but too shallow. Had to return. Too bad, the maroon and hot pink color was cute.

I love the 880v11 shoes but this pair fit smaller than the normal size I usually wear. I walk every day several miles and my toes hurt after wearing this pair.

I love this shoe, great for anyone on their feet often who needs some extra cushion. Perfect for my plantar fascitis. This new version runs very small, especially in the toe box. Best to go up half a size.

My 680 v6 are so much more comfortable. About half the price too. Not as much cushion and toe box is smaller. True to size.

Compared to my last pair of New Balance tennis shoes, they were a good 1/2" shorter and they are the same size (8)????
