I purchased colour Virtual Sky last year in Standard size 9 and found they were a bit narrow so I decided this year to order the new colour White with Blue Chill in Wide. They just arrived and I am in love with the pastel colours however, they are not as wide as the standard I bought last year. The toe box is smaller as well. I would recommend going up a 1/2 size.

Sent these back--they had a very firm piece across the toe box and were too short, with discomfort where my toes hit the hard piece. I had ordered two different styles and the other pair had a softer curved piece over the toe box and were longer, and felt much more comfortable.

I wish I could exchange for a size up but I threw box out. I ordered my usual size but they hurt my feet. Too small.

I have always worn New Balance because I have plantar fasciitis. I am not a fan of this new foam fresh. My feet hurt everyday!

This is my 3rd pair of this style. I wear them at work. I'm on my feet all day. The first 2 I bought at the store. I loved them. They were very comfortable and my feet didn't hurt after work. I bought this pair online and they are not as comfortable. My feet hurt after work. They are nice but the padding is different. It's not as comfortable. I like the look and style, but not the fresh foam in these.

Love this sneaker. I wore my old ones out. Ordered the same size and the pair sent was at least a full size too small. I'm usually an 8.5-9. I ordered a 9.5. Way Too small!

I've worn new balance for over 15 years now and this is the first time my normal size didn't work. It was too small / tight in the toe area. I love that NB can make all their casual everyday shoes soooooo cute but hate that their athletic shoes look so bad. They are so comfy and don't cause my feet problems but they are just SO unattractive in my opinion. I wish they would step up their game in that department.

I've been wearing the D width shoes for several years. This is the only model that is not wide enough. By bunion visible protrudes creating pressure and pain. This is not an issue with w860w12, w990nv4, w940gp3 or other made on usa styles worn in the past.

There is not as much support as I expected. Also I ordered wide & they don't fit like other New Balance that I have gotten. The toe is much narrower.

I LOVE New Balance tennis shoes and have always had great luck with them. I bought these shoes in my normal size 8 and they fit amazingly everywhere except they run about half a size short so my toe pushes right up against the front of the shoe, and after about 30 minutes it gets really uncomfortable. I bought one half-size up to a 8.5, but now the toe box is so wide/big that my feet slide around in the toe area and the ball of my foot was rubbing raw after a 30 minute bootcamp. Not sure what happened here NB, but there's definitely something off with the sizing in length.

I was afraid this would happen. I tried to buy multiple pairs of the old model. Companies say this year's model are the same shoe with improvements but it's often not true. The other issue is once you discover that the shoe doesn't work for you have used it outside. I have spent hundreds of dollars on runners that don't work for me. A few things wrong with this shoe is the lower quality- they are thin- my feet got cold. I live in Canada but never have my feet been cold in above zero weather. I find my feet and knees hurt after a short run. So I'll go back to the older models I kept around until I find a pair that works. Wish me luck!

I love my 880v10, so when this new version came out, I went to my local NB store to check them out. Completely different fit and not as stylish. My old pair was 8.5W and fit perfectly. The new V11 version is slightly shorter and much narrower. The sole on the old style also has a wider "platform" that this new version. I ended up finding another pair of my old V10s in another color and they fit great!

I ordered this. Shoe looks nice and felt comfortable on the bottom of my feet, but the 8 wide was too small. I wear a 7.5, and went up to an 8 based on other reviews and it is still not big enough. The width felt very snug. I've never worn an extra wide shoe in my life, but may need to order another pair if these ever come back in stock.

I ordered a half size bigger and my toes are to the end. I'll have to return the shoes. Shoes are too short.

I've been wearing these shoes for a while now, have a good 4-5 pairs for running, a pair or so each year, and these aren't the same. I've got wider feet but past regular width 880s have fit perfect with just enough cushion for me. These are more narrow and shorter than past versions, even after loosening the laces, re-lacing them, and trying different socks. Hopefully New Balance can make them like the older versions for the next release!
