I disagree with Zappos that this shoe runs true to size. At 8.5 4E, I found the shoe to be both too short and too narrow. Otherwise it looks like a nice shoe, but I can't comment on comfort or support due to it being too small. In addition to the 4E being more narrow than I expected, I also found it to lack height in the toe box (as others have commented).

Felt slight small and narrow. It was listed as moderate arch support, but I found that the support was minimal

The sneakers are very light weight which I love but the size is a bit smaller than I wanted. I take a 4 E and it seemed somewhat tight

The 880v11's have good breathability. However, these 9.5D's are a bit wide for my feet, so don't offer the support I'd like. Apparently a 9.5C is not available.

The narrow width for New Balance is usually great for my foot. My feet were swimming in these shoes, way wider than previous B width New Balance shoes.

I’ve put about 150 miles on these and they are pretty beat. I am relatively hard on shoes but these did not wear anywhere near as well as the brooks I had previously. While they still have a good amount of cushion, there is very little “spring” left and it didn’t start with much. The outsole/bottom is about to reach the point of asymmetry due to wear, partially due to how I run, faster than the brooks I had. the interior part of the heels started ripping about a week ago and have caused a blister. The regular width was a touch too narrow so I went with the EE which is a little too wide so I have to pull the laces really tight-more of a personal problem, just thought I would share. Overall they are ok. if you run like I do, you may want to wait until they’re on sale. I mean I spent $130 to get about 130 good miles out of them. Not my best roi

I found the stretch material too tight on my wide foot. I was unimpressed by the “”fresh foam”” construction and did not feel any cushioning. Back to the 990 series when I can afford them.

sleek black runner but a little too mushy, feels like you’ll roll your ankle in any lateral movement or taking a corner

overall very comfortable except for the heel tab it is made from very coarse material. you need to wear heavy socks you cannot wear low rise socks unless they come up to you ankle. the shoes do cradle your feet giving you a stable secure feeling. fast walking comfort is very good.

One shoe was slightly shorter than the other. Just enough so my toe pressed against the front. You could see that it was a miss run. Design on side was slightly off. First problem I ever had with NB. Just happens. Returned.

Ok, but I thought it would be a better overall quality for the price.

STill have a problem with width of shoe. Trying to see if I can adjust laces to enlarge space

My most favorite, most comfortable walking/running shoe is the 880v6. I hoped to reproduce that awesome feeling of instant comfort with this same model. Unfortunately, while the toe box is wide enough, the length seems to have been shortened so that my toes rub against the tip of the shoe. A no-go.

I ordered my normal size. But, the toe box was very snug, and the width felt and looked narrow. I have two other pairs of NB that fit true to size. Not able to get a 1/2 size larger for this shoe, which might have solved the size issue. Had to return them.

Didn’t fit. Any size in my neighborhood.. 8.5-9
