The rubber sole on my left shoe has started to come unglued after wearing the shoes three times. This is disappointing quality from New Balance. I wish I had another pair.

These shoes are comfortable and true to size but not durable! The heel split after just a month. That is not acceptable given how expensive these shoes are. They should at least last one season. Very disappointing. I expect better from New Balance.

Was excited to wear these did not care about the cost. But the back of the sneakers were to high for my ankels. So I returned them a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I do not like the new version -- the back of the heel rides too high and rubs the achilleas tendon on longer runs. The rest of the shoe is fine and comparable to the previous versions; but the heel feels like they did not think this one through. Who wants a daily trainer that is built to rub the achilleas?? Not me -- hope they fix this issue or I won't be purchasing the 880 any more. And up until now, it has been my daily runner. In fact, I altered my shoes by cutting the "heel tongue" down to normal height and resewed the fabric -- ugly, but I now am able to use the shoes.

My ankles tend toward supination, so a well-cushioned heel is crucial. Every other pair of NBs I own give great even support, but the outer heels on this pair collapsed after less than a week! The shoes now slant outward in a very unsafe and totally unacceptable way that makes my supination way worse. They are completely unusable - huge waste of money. Don't buy this pair unless you have a perfectly even foot strike!

My last two pairs of New Balances have had the same issue. Just a few weeks after getting them, the sole starts to come undone. Pretty discouraging for the amount of money I pay. Just ordered another pair of shoes, different brand. I have been an avid New Balance fan for over 15 years, I'm a nurse I'm On my feet a lot. It's sad to say I may be switching

I wear these shoes to work and have only had them for about 2 weeks. I am overweight and know that this plays a factor in how a shoe wears. However, I have never had a pair that the outside of the soles have given in this quickly. I am a new balance regular and usually love my NB! This is a shoe that I used to wear regularly but switched styles a couple years ago and thought I would try them again. I will be going back to the other style.

These fit differently than the last pair I had. I wish I had saved the box so I could return them.
