Have many pairs of NB size 12D all fit great! The 880 were smaller and narrower than all others. Maybe NB should send an American ruler to their Viet Nam manufactures??? Very disappointed . C'mon NB!!!

Come on. So for a person who wears a men's size 5 or 5.5 but needs 4e... there is nothing. Nothing at all out there. You used to make those.

The size I always buy for my husband is way to small in this case.

I have several pairs of New balance running and walking shoes -- all are size 11. This new pair I ordered also size 11 were actually size 10.5 Very tight and picking my toes. I sent them back and didn't repurchase. I'll try a local shoe store and try on your brand and others. In other words, ordering by mail and receiving a small sized shoe was a pain.

This is probably the 8th pair of 860s I've purchased, and could be the last. Really uncomfortable on the sole of my foot, and the heels broke and slip like crazy. Unwearable.

For the money you should get better insoles for the the price you pay for shoes don't know why new balance cheaped out

Love the shoes, own another pair of these v11s in a different color and a pair of v10s. Both fit perfectly. I ordered these in the same size. They were too short and too narrow. I'm guessing they were mismarked. I'm returning and ordering a new pair hoping the sizing will be the same as my other v11s. I will post another review once I receive the replacement pair.

Every other Atheletic shoe I buy a size 9 Fits me perfect New Balance does and it's tight. Hurts my feet to walk around the house. Not fun.

The cushion inside the sneakers is not enough. I did not feel any comfort while wearing the sneakers, hence it was returned

The cushion in the heal broke (popped) after just one use. Now it makes a noise with every step and isn't supportive.

The shoe fits grea but the glue on the outer sole is peeling off on one of the shoes.

Second pair. I returned the first pair since they were so tight it felt like narrows. My feet were extremely painful when I wore them. I tried another pair thinking that maybe it was a bad pair, but the new ones are just as bad. I am unable to wear these shoes. I have two other pair in different colors that I purchased last year and they fit perfectly. There is something definitely not right with this shoe. I will be returning them, as well.

The shoes are excellent I have been a customer for over 40 years .But the way I've been treated is beyond awful to have my number blocked that I can't phone you with my regular number is hateful. A new balance actually owes me money from the difference of my shoes that I sent back you did not give me my refund.. in the last manager that I spoke with if she worked for me I would fire her

THIS SHOES FITS VERY VERY TIGHT EVEN IN WIDE WIDTH.THE TOE BOX IS TOO NARROW AND HAS VERY LITTLE CUSHION AND WHAT MADE IT WORSE IS THE UPPER MATERIAL doesn't STERTCH AT ALL AND IT doesn't CONFORM TO YOUR FOOT.

Why do I have to get different sizes, depending on which style I order? I wear 13 X-wide in 928v3s so I ordered same in this style but my foot can barely squeeze into the darn thing. Way too narrow and way too short. If they ever have them in stock, I might try a 14 or 15 XX-Wide but it would be so much easier for us customers & so much more efficient and so much less expensive for NB if they could just standardize their sizes. I guess I have to start ordering three or four different sizes of a shoe to find one that fits & then return the rest? Way wasteful for them & way irritating for us.
