I've been wearing NB Fresh Foam shoes for a few years now, buying several pair every 6-12 months. These ones are a little snug on my feet, despite buying the same size as my last set, which fits a lot better. I feel like maybe they are mislabeled by a half size?

This shoe is listed as having a WIDE toe box on the running shoe sites. The pictures here make you think that too. I ordered a 4E, and even so, the toe box was so narrow I couldn't wear them. My current pair of NB are 2E, same size, for comparison.
Fresh Foam run VERY NARROW, so beware.

I use or walking and daily use. I looks and feels good. I ordered 12 Narrow Mens as I always do with NB. It was about a 1/4 inch short. I reordered 12 1/2 Narrow. I hope the size fits better.

i've been running with the 880 for a few years. i get a new pair every so often. for some reason, these are MUCH tighter than previous versions. i even called customer support prior to buying them to make sure i was buying the same size. not sure if the design changed or what, but i've had to buy a shoe widener to treat the issue

Normally a New Balance wide fits me perfectly, but these were too narrow, so I had to return them

Speaking as someone who has run in New Balance since the original 620, 880s are still a good, relatively lightweight, relatively neutral (no shoe is truly neutral) responsive shoe. (Actually, the 901/902/903 series were much better shoes AND lasted much longer.) In my experience, people tend to buy New Balance because they are so responsive, and better constructed. They don't buy them for the long life, at least not the 880.
The 10mm heel drop is not good for anyone who wears orthotics, and anyone who wears orthotics should wear as neutral a shoe as possible, else they be over controlled. Go back to the 12mm heel drop, ala the 880 V4 and the Mizuno Wave Rider, which is a lighter, more controlling shoe, but nowhere near as responsive as an 880.
I'm not impressed with the Fresh Foam midsole, it's not particularly cushioned.

The shoes feel good on my feet but as I always find out it is so hard when you do not try the shoes on and have been searching for 6 months as stores do not carry my sizes much in stock. The shows are a little tight unlike teh present pair I have.

I love the shoes but some areas looks like they weren't glued right like if they were coming off that's from what I noticed when I got them but I need them already

Looks great but it's way tighter than my last pair. Same model and size.

Right from the start this model does not fit the same as others that I have purchased in the past. The size is good, the width is good but the overall feel is a little off. I only purchase NB sneakers due to my wide foot, maybe just a batch that doesn't work well for me. I will try to break them in more and see how that works.

I normally purchase 840v4 but my size and width have not been available for a few months. So I needed a pair of shoes and thought I would give these a try. They did not fit as well around my toes and I will not settle again. I will wait next time .

This is a good show. It is a good shoe for daily running. However, I found the 11 to be more narrow around the mid souls. It has great cushioning and decent stability. However, I found the arch support to be lacking, especially in the wide models.

I've been wearing NB for years and years. I've noticed with my last two pairs the fit is not as good as it used to be. The toe box seems bigger and the sneakers don't fit like they used too.

Too small. Toes touched the front of the shoe. Too narrow. Even though I order EE was still snug. I usually order 840v3 but they are out of stock in my size.

Beautiful Shoe and well cushioned. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe and therefore 11 running shoe. These in the 11 were very tight in the toebox

These are the one. Because of the size, finally for this type of shoe. Width 4E 10 1/2 fit just great..
I’m satisfied. Thank you..!

These are really nice shoes. Well made, seem to fit properly and look pretty cool to me. Unfortunately, with just a little time wearing these around the house i could tell these shoes would not help with my supination issues. I thought the '80' model numbers were good for supinators.
If not for that , i would purchase several different color combos of these shoes.

Absolutely love this sneaker, however the durability was less than 90 days. Maybe put 5-7 miles a day on them and the side ripped out on the left shoe.

Unfortunately, these were too narrow for my foot. Sizing was smaller than anticipated and I based my choice on earlier reviews. Otherwise, the arch support seemed decent and I like the styling.

Beware wide-footed people! I like this shoe, but it is not a true 4E. I wear a NB 990 size 10.5 4E, which fits great. However the 880 10.5 4E I could barely get on my foot.

I've worn a size 8 NB for many years. I jam my toes when I put this pair on. 1/2 to a full size too small.
