Flat, flexible, low volume, good for walking, hiking, and trail running

Love my glove. This is my 3rd pair! Great fit and so incredibly light

The "no-tongue" is my favorite part about this shoe, but it's no-heel is most beneficial part.

I wear these every day! When I'm on the trail, I feel like I'm not wearing anything on my feet! I like the grip and stability that they give me without the cushion of other hiking shoes. They don't irritate my achilles tendinitis either!

They are extremely comfortable and have great soles. Your feet feel protected while you enjoy the barefoot experience. This is the second pair of Merrell barefoot shoes I have had. Keep making them Merrell! Barefoot enthusiasts need them!

The Vapor Glove is the shoe I wear for walking, running , and all day, all year! There is no other shoe like it. This shoe was recommended by a physical therapist who wore them each day, and it has strengthened my arches, legs, and back. Besides a great running and walking shoe, the Vapor Glove 5 looks great in the office. I own four pairs!

The best shoe for running and kickboxing , light as a feather!

Lighter than any other shoe I've worn! They're easy to slip on and off too. One thing I disagree with other reviewers on is that I feel these shoes run long, I'm a consistent size 8.5 and ordered as such, and there's an inch of room to spare. Works for me but something to note!

I wear them for everything - hiking, running errands, Friday night to the pub. Originally bought for weight lifting to feel where my toes/heels were during heavy back squats (you should be able to wiggle your toes / I wasn't fully able to do that. There is no cheating in vapors) - I now own 8 pairs and wear them everywhere. I'm sad when it's snowing and I have to wear shoes with heavy bottoms. (Maybe I need to move away from Buffalo) . These are amazing and I can't wait for this years color drop. (Bring back siren red please)

This was my 16th pair of Vapor Gloves! I love them. They are so comfortable that I don't want to retire them. But I don't wear them for running; I wear them for dancing. I've tried many other brands and styles, but nothing was as good for me as the Vapor Gloves. I dance a lot, so they only last about 3 months, but then I use them as my casual, day shoes. There was a rough spot in the series when the tread on the sole was more for trail running, but they have smoothed back out a little. The older models thaft had the raised toe protector were a little bulky for dancing, but the new low-profile toe protector is much more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I also love the ease of slipping into the newer models. The flexible fabric around the top of the foot makes it so easy to slip into these shoes and dance. Have you thought about making a sole conducive to dancing, like Zumba? I will keep buying the Vapor Glove, because each new version is better than the last.

I've been wearing barefoot shoes for nearly 30 years. I don't wear them exclusively (in winter have to go to something more substantial and with a better grip) yet do prefer them 9 months out of the year - especially when I take my daily walks or hike. I feel like they help me maintain my balance and flexibility. I'm now 75 years old and can attest that walking close to the earth truly does help with this. I've bought several pairs of Merrell's barefoot-style shoes and will continue to do so. These shoes hold up well, are extremely comfortable right from the box and look great on my feet! I highly recommend.

I like them for leg day. The toe box and low profile heel allow for a great grounded connection when performing squats & deadlifts.

The Vapor Glove 5 is the perfect minimalist footwear. It literally fits like a glove. I love to be able to feel the earth beneath my feet and with the Vapor Glove 5 I do! Exceptional comfort.

These are the first pair of minimalist shoes I have worn. I was not sure if I would like them or not, but had heard good things. I LOVE these shoes!!! My feet and ankles have never felt so good!!! I have dealt with achilles and toe issues for two years. These make those issues disappear when I am out walking my 7 miles daily. Won't go back to regular shoes!

I have had an older version of trail glove, and I was disappointed in it. The trail glove 6 is a vast improvement. The toe box allows for normal shape and the sole is far better. Also the shoe looks nice enough for casual wear without looking like a bulky athletic shoe. I walked 7 miles in this shoe yesterday and felt great.

I bought these a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. They certainly serve their purpose. I'm in my 30's and needed to correct my posture, I've been a heel runner/walker my entire life. I wear these almost daily as well as run in them. They are super lightweight with amazing grip. Just a bit of advice, if you wear conventional tennis shoes such as Nike and switch to these, be prepared for some soreness as these are nothing like Nike. My lower back was a bit sore due to being forced to use correct posture. They are basically true to size but are a bit snug. If you're a 7 you may want to try a 7.5. That's just my preference, try before you buy.

I love my other Merrells for hiking, but looked at a bunch of shoes for rowing and settled on these. I'm so glad I did. I actually use them for the treadmill and rowing (both are part of my rehab after spinal surgery). They are incredibly comfortable and the low profile makes them perfect for the rower.

I bought several pairs of the same kind! Love them. Hike in them work in the run in them. Best shoe ever/ lightweight yet heavy duty!

Absolutely love these shoes. I'm normally barefoot, and these feel great They are flexible and fit wonderfully.

I have an extremely old and worn pair of Vapor glove shoes with a sock top. Could anyone give me advice on switching size 10.5 women's shoes of this style, to a compatible size in mens! I have a foot condition, and these shoes are heaven. Women's seem to be sold out. I'll wear the men's in a heartbeat.

There amazing it's like you don't have a shoe on very comfy for work and outside very durable. Absolutely love them I have vapor glove 4 and 5

Great shoe, hiked 5 miles in today and they felt great. I like the tongue less design chance!
