feels like being barefoot, fit great just as described

I don't like the odd color combinations and bulky look of traditional walking shoes. These are lightweight and come in all black so they are a more stylish alternative. I would have preferred more arch support that I believe the trail version provides, but that one doesn't come in all black, adding a bizarre seafoam color accent. I also would have preferred a slightly thinner lace. When I double knot, it's a bit bulky, but I guess I could switch that out. Overall these are a great option to add to my shoe closet!

These were my first try at barefoot shoes before possibly sinking a lot more money into the idea for my next pair, but I like them so much I might just stick with them. The first day was rough - my second toe is longer than my big toe, and both second toes slid forward and felt absolutely smashed into the hard toe cap, both felt very bruised after a short time. I gave them a rest for a few days and then tried again. I went with no socks this time for less slip, and I laced them much tighter. Most shoes hurt if laced tight because I have very high arches, but these are flexible enough that that isn't an issue. I liked them so much more after that. I did get some marks from the folds near the laces, so I bought socks that cover only my arches (meant for mules) so I still have grip at the ball and heel but no marks or pinching from the false tongue. I think I have a perfect system set up now, and recommend them 100%. I did buy my regular size (9) and have no issues regarding my wide toe box and bunion.

I purchased these for an exercise class in my gym. I find these are terrific fit nice and light on your feet and really comfortable.

This design works ... but I GREATLY preferred the design of the Trail Glove 4!!!

I desperately miss Trail Glove 5, as Trail Glove 6 is no bueno and there just aren't many shoes that fit my feet. I tried the vapor glove and accepted the lack of lug height for hiking on rocks and slippery dirt. I am so glad I did! No other barefoot shoes make my legs feel this alive, and reduce knee and hip pain so much. Please please please bring back the old fit (wider tie box, narrow heel) in the next Trail Glove!!

I started wearing these for my morning walks and find that my hips and knees are less sore. The shoes fit perfectly from the start and move with the foot. Love them!!

These barefoot shoes are the best on the market for comfort, price and fit.literally, they fit like a glove. I appreciate everyone's foot is different, but if you have a wide foot and are looking for a comfortable barefoot shoe, this is it! Merrill's fit me perfectly due to the wide tow box, and these are no exception. I wear 8.5 and they are the perfect fit ( no socks) . The sock like design adds to how well they fit. I use them for training and walking . I also have the trail glove which have a bit more support so use them for longer hikes etc. Highly recommend these shoes and the brand. Big fan of the vibram sole used in their line of shoes. Purchased online and shipped and delivered within days.

I use these shoes for Zumba when I am dancing inside. They feel like dancing barefoot but with protection.

One of my absolute favorite shoes. This shoe goes with every activity that I ask of it.

Simply put, this is the best shoe I've ever owned. They fit like a glove! No more achy feet! Some days i forget to take them off when i get home. The are great on the trail and for every day wear!

I love these shoes - I wear them in my step classes and they have a good grip and give me flexibility with my movements.

The fit is a lot like the Trail Glove 5, which I loved. The sole is thinner than the Trail Glove and feels more like the 5-finger toes shoes by Vibram. I like feeling more in contact with my running surface, and this is not so great if there are a lot of small rocks.

So comfortable, couldn't wear heals so I wore my Vapor Glove 5. So glad I did..

Very happy with these. I sized up by a half-size because my feet are very wide across the pinky toe, and I'm glad I did. These shoes have wonderfully ample room to allow the big toe freedom of movement, but they are otherwise relatively narrow shoes. The lacing system lets me get a snug fit that hugs my foot and is SO comfortable.

I bought these shoes to use at the gym where I do strength training and they are amazing! My traditional running shoes were not giving me sufficient traction and my feet felt as if they were slip sliding in my running shoes. The Vapour Glove 5 hold my feet steady and the traction couldn't be better for strength training! I love them!!!! I tested them outside, went for a walk on sidewalks and found that my old feet need a little more cushioning.

I am in love with these shoes. They are so sleek, cute and comfortable! They cute with so many outfits and have been great for weight training, biking and hiking as well! Buy them!

Light as a feather, gives a barefoot feel without the inconvenience of rocks and hot asphalt. Fits perfectly true to my usual size.

I love merrell vapor gloves, have been wearing them since 3 and still love them now. I was so excited when I saw that merrell brought them back and jumped on the chance to buy a pair. Just wish we had as many color options as the trail gloves.

I ordered this shoe because it is flat, and I wanted a flat walking shoe. I love the style of the sneaker. It walks very well. Great sneaker for the price.

These shoes are so light. I'm on my feet all day at work and they are very comfortable and my feet don't get sore at all.

I picked this shoe up for my new walking commute. In Canadian weather, i can't get away with wearing my barefoot sandals past September, so these will have to do! Luckily, i love the colour, they fit really well, and I still feel like i'm walking near-barefoot while wearing them.

I am impressed with the comfort of these shoes. I wear them on my walks on the dirt road I live on. The sole is amazingly skid resistant. I have worn them on my walks in the woods where climbing wet, slippery rocks and moss covered dead falls are common. I will definitely purchase these again.

It was the only shoe I could wear as I tracked my way through Tuscany, Italy.
